Objective: Long term use of thyroid hormone in patients with papillary thyroid cancer may have a major impact on cardiovascular and skeletal adverse effects. P<0.05,There was statistical significance between the groups.Volume presents an increasing trend.Multiple comparisons between multiple samples were calculated by SNK-q test.There was no significant difference between the 1 groups and the 2 groups.Volume and TSH concentration group Pearson correlation R2=0.973,They were well correlated and positively correlated.Draw a line chart.4 Comparison of the concentration of thyroid globulin in the tumor tissues of nude mice with different concentrations of TSHAfter the protein correction, through the statistical software SPSS13.0, analysis of variance by means of measurement data, the final results(mean + standard deviation).To detect the concentration of thyroid globulin(TG) in each group(unit: ng/mgpro):the 1 group:1.50±0.01、the 2 group:1.50v0.02、the 3 group:1.68±0.11、the 4 group:1.91±0.10、the 5 group:2.02±0.03、the 6 group:2.15±0.05、the 7 group:2.26±0.13.Through statistical software SPSS13.0, calculate the number of samples of the F test, P < 0.05, there is statistical significance between the groups.TG showed an increasing trend.Multiple comparisons between multiple samples were calculated by SNK-q test.There was no significant difference between the 1 groups and the 2 groups.Pearson correlation between TG and TSH concentration grouping R2=0.956,They were well correlated and positively correlated.Draw a line chart.Conclusion:1 TSH can improve the success rate of the establishment of the nude mouse model of thyroid papillary carcinoma.2 TSH was promoted by subcutaneous inoculation of thyroid papillary carcinoma(TPC-1) in nude mice. With the increase of the concentration of TSH, the tumor volume was increased.3 TSH has promoting effect on the secretion of thyroid globulin(TG) in the subcutaneous inoculation of thyroid papillary carcinoma cells(TPC-1) in nude mice, with the increase of TSH concentration, the concentration of TG was increased.4 The concentration of TG was positively correlated with the size of tumor.5 The effect of TSH on the growth of nude mouse in vivo of papillary carcinoma of the thyroid gland was observed for the first time,which provides a reference for the clinical treatment of TSH.
