| By the end of 2015,the number of the elderly aged 60 and above in Yunnan Province has reached 5.604 million,accounting for about 12%,and the aging process shows a trend of rapid development.As the capital city of Yunnan Province,the number of people over 60 years old in Kunming has reached 1.06 million in 2018,accounting for 18.9%.The coming of aging society brings new challenges to the fields of education,medical care,pension and so on.In order to cope with the impact of aging population,meet the elderly’s increasingly diversified and multi-level needs for pension services,Kunming city pays attention to innovation in the process of development,and gradually explore a distinctive working mechanism referred to as "311" mode.This research takes the development status of the integrated elderly care services with medical care in Kunming as the research theme,and first analyzes the importance and necessity of this study by analyzing the social background of population aging,national policies,and combing relevant domestic and foreign literature;Defining the concepts and theories related to the integration of medical and nursing care to provide theoretical support for this article.At the same time,it is determined that the object of this research is Chinese citizens who are 60 years old and above;Then it introduces the development status of Kunming’s integrated medical care and elderly care model and five typical cases of integrated medical care,then compares and analyzes the five typical cases.Secondly,through questionnaire surveys and interviews with five typical medical care institutions/communities,the Anderson Health Service Utilization Model was used as the framework of the questionnaire design,according to the "inclination characteristics","enabling resources",and "personal characteristics" dimensions under the model."Need" to classify the factors,conduct single-factor difference analysis on valid data,eliminate influencing factors that are not statistically significant,use the remaining factors as independent variables,and conduct logistic regression analysis using the combined medical care model selected by the elderly as the dependent variable.In-depth analysis of the key factors that affect the choices of the elderly;combined with the results of questionnaire surveys and interviews,analyze the current problems in Kunming’s medical and elderly care integration work from the demand side(the elderly),and analyze the causes of the above problems.Finally,based on the current status and existing problems of Kunming’s integrated medical and elderly care services,this research proposes strategies to optimize Kunming’s integrated medical and elderly care services from five perspectives: changing the elderly’s concept of elderly care,promoting the industrialization of integrated medical and elderly care services,and improving and upgrading Integrate medical and nursing services,improve the social security system,and improve the talent team. |
