Novel Coronavirus(COVID-19),named by the World Health Organization in 2019,can be transmitted from person to person through respiratory tract and contact.In COVID-19,nurses used to be the first line of care for patients and were directly or indirectly exposed to negative events related to people with infectious diseases.The high level of anxiety and stress associated with this event can cause physical and mental exhaustion for caregivers.Under the risk of infection and high work pressure,medical staff will produce psychological stress reaction and psychological crisis.Nurses,in turn,are less happy at work and may show symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder.In order to adjust the mental health of nurses,psychological crisis intervention is indispensable.Research includes two parts:the first part is a 3 armour hospital in wuhan 320 nurses mental flexibility,professional happiness,post-traumatic stress disorder symptoms,the questionnaire survey to study the mental flexibility,professional happiness,post-traumatic stress disorder between the four relations,and multiple regression analysis to predict mental flexibility of career happiness and post-traumatic stress barrier impact.The second part focuses on the psychological flexibility,which is designed for 8 times,each time 1-1.5 hours psychological group counseling based on acceptance commitment therapy theory.From signing up to participate in group activities in the screening of the 30 nurses,late lost 2 two intervention group and control group,so the final 13 people in intervention group,control group of 13 people,to analyze the mental flexibility,professional well-being before and after the intervention,the change of level of post-traumatic stress disorder,confirm the ascension of mental flexibility,can make the nurse professional happiness get promoted,post-traumatic stress disorder level be improved.This study drew the following conclusions:(1)Psychological flexibility has a significant positive predictive effect on occupational happiness after controlling demographic variables.(2)After controlling for demographic variables,psychological flexibility had a significant negative predictive effect on the level of PTSD symptoms.(3)to receive commitment therapy for the core group psychological counseling can effectively improve the nurse of mental flexibility,while increasing the protection to improve the nurse’s career of happiness and improved the nurses the symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder has a certain impact,so to improve the nurses psychological health has a certain practical significance.
