Research On Countermeasures To Improve The Emergency Management Ability Of Hangzhou International Airports Under Public Health Events

With the continuous development of productivity,the degree of global integration is getting higher and higher.The highly integrated world political,economic and cultural systems have brought countries and regions closer to each other.However,with the continuous expansion of the contact surface between subjects of various countries in the world,the impact of public health events and other emergencies is also greatly increased,such as the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020.Large areas of regional infection appeared in a short period of time,and then a global outbreak occurred.In modern society,air transportation,with its fast transport characteristics,is a relatively common channel of international business travel and logistics in today’s era.Through the intertwined route network,it connects all parts of the world together,and at the same time,it also links the risks together.International airport,as the landing node of air transport,have important functions and responsibilities.The current emergency management capacity and problems,as well as the improvement of the emergency management capacity of international airports under public health events,are related to whether the whole society can carry out smooth exchanges and interactions under certain risks,which is of great significance.The research theme of this thesis is "Research on countermeasures to improve the emergency management ability of Hangzhou international airports under public health events".Based on the crisis management theory and collaborative governance theory,this thesis analyzes the current situation,finds out the problems,and puts forward the structure of optimization measures for research and expatiation.Its framework and main content are as follows:Its main content is as follows:The first part,introduction.It introduces the background and significance of the research,sum up the research status at home and abroad,explain the research content,methods and innovation and other aspects of the relevant issues.In the second part,the relevant core concepts are defined,and the harm of public health events and the role of emergency management are explained theoretically.In the third part,the social functions undertaken by international airports in the emergency management of public health events are analyzed in detail,several factors affecting the emergency management are sorted out,and the overall status quo of international airports is studied from the perspectives of several factors.In the fourth part,the present situation of Hangzhou International Airport is analyzed.The fifth part,from the legal system,mechanism,human resources and management facilities and other aspects of the specific study of Hangzhou International Airport in public health events in the problems on emergency management.In the sixth part,the thesis puts forward corresponding measures to optimize the emergency management capacity of Hangzhou International Airport when public health events occurred.The last part forms the conclusion.This thesis studies the actual situation of the management of emergency of the international airports as Hangzhou international airport.The innovation is from the perspective of large international airport.Based on the social functions of emergency management in dealing with public health events,the thesis prompts for several influence factors of emergency management.And then combining with my own work experience to study the theory and case on the influencing factors.Through the way of the divide-and-rule,optimization scheme is put forward.
