A Study On The Cultivation Of Nandinger Spirit Of Nursing Of Nursing Students In Secondary Vocational Schools

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly comes up with the implementation of the Healthy China strategy,reinforces the contradiction between the people ’s needs for healthy life and the unbalanced and inadequate development of medical and health undertakings,strengthens the quality of primary medical services to supplement the short board of health and health undertakings,which ushered in opportunities and challenges for the development of medical and health undertakings in China.As the future grassroots medical workers,secondary vocational nursing students shoulder the responsibility of maintaining people ’ s life and health and realizing the Chinese dream.Strengthening the cultivation of Nandinger spirit of nursing students in secondary vocational schools is an urgent need for the development of primary hospitals and an important task of ideological and political education in secondary vocational schools.At present,there are some problems in the cultivation of Nandinger spirit of nursing students in secondary vocational schools,such as insufficient innovation of cultivation mode,insufficient teaching staff,unsatisfactory cultivation effect and insufficient pertinence of cultivation content.The emergence of these problems has the reasons for the improvement of cultivation mechanism,the optimization of cultivation environment,the diversity of cultivation methods and the improvement of the quality and ability of teaching staff.In order to strengthen the cultivation of Nandinger spirit of nursing students in secondary vocational schools,it is necessary to carry out the fundamental task of strengthening morality and cultivating people by broadening the cultivation mode,strengthening the construction of teachers,improving the cultivation mechanism and optimizing the cultivation environment.This paper is divided into five parts : The first chapter introduces the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research ideas,methods,innovation.The second chapter expounds the related overview of cultivating Nandinger spirit of secondary vocational nursing students.Chapter III and IV through questionnaires,research visits,specific analysis of vocational nursing students in the cultivation of Nandinger spirit problems,and the causes of these problems were analyzed.The fifth chapter puts forward the optimization countermeasures for the problems existing in the cultivation of Nandinger spirit of secondary vocational nursing students.
