| ObjectiveThrough retrospective analysis and case observation, the different clinical characteristics of ketosis prone diabetes and simply diagnosed type 2 diabetes were explored. To analyze the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine on ketosis prone diabetes. To explore the influencing factors of ketosis prone diabetes.MethodsThe study conducted a retrospective analysis of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients who were hospitalized from 2015 to 2019.Prospective case observation of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients who are hospitalized in 2020.Collect corresponding clinical data. The patients were divided into two groups with ketosis prone diabetes and only newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes for analysis. The type of ketosis prone diabetes group was divided into the traditional Chinese medicine group(TCM group)and the Western medicine treatment group(NTCM group)based on whether traditional Chinese medicine is used on the basis of western medicine. To establish a database and use SPSS 18.0 for statistical analysis, and draw conclusions.Follow-up patients with the type of ketosis prone diabetes.ResultsCombined retrospective analysis and prospective observations, ketosis prone diabetes is related to gender, age, dry mouth and polydipsia, polyuria, weight loss, gastrointestinal symptoms, blood sugar at the onset,triglycerides,low-density lipoprotein,High-density lipoprotein, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood sodium, blood potassium, blood calcium, blood phosphorus, white blood cell count, total carbon dioxide, insulin dosage when blood glucose reaches the standard, and whether to use insulin after discharge from hospital are significantly different from ketosis prone diabetes(P<0.05).In the steamed bread meal test, there was no significant difference in serum C peptide between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Binary logistics regression analysis showed statistical differences in weight loss symptoms and blood calcium(P<0.05).In the traditional Chinese and western medicine group and the western medicine treatment group, the steamed bread meal test showed that there was no significant difference in plasma blood glucose and serum C-peptide(P>0.05).In the retrospective analysis, there was a statistically significant difference in the time for β-hydroxybutyric acid to become negative(P<0.05).Among 92 patients with ketosis prone diabetes who were followed up,75 patients could stop insulin within 6 months,27 patients currently only maintain lifestyle intervention to control blood sugar, and 29 patients maintain only 1 non-insulin hypoglycemic drug Control blood sugar.ConclusionKetosis prone diabetes is more common in men,and the age of onset is between 37-41 years old.The symptoms of dry mouth and polydipsia, polyuria, weight loss, and gastrointestinal symptoms are more common at onset Obviously. In addition, there are hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia at the onset of the disease. This is consistent with the onset characteristics obtained by current studies at home and abroad, suggesting the existence of a variety of metabolic abnormalities and electrolyte disorders. After insulin therapy, most patients can gradually stop insulin, and some patients can gradually stop the drug and only maintain lifestyle intervention to control blood sugar. |
