Objective:By observing and comparing the clinical indicators of single-segment lumbar spinal stenosis under percutaneous intervertebral foraminal lens and spine endoscopy, the effectiveness and safety of Delta large channel in treating single-segment lumbar spinal stenosis were evaluated.Clinical surgery provides ideas for minimally invasive treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis.Method:A retrospective analysis selected 65 patients with single-segment lumbar spinal stenosis who were admitted to the Second Department of Orthopedics,Guangxi Orthopedic Hospital from January 2019 to December2020,and were randomly divided into percutaneous foraminal endoscopy group and spine according to the operation method. There were 35 cases in the endoscopic Delta channel group,35 cases in the percutaneous interforaminal lens group, and 30 cases in the spine endoscopic Delta channel group. To evaluate the quality of life by comparing the visual analogue scale(VAS)of waist and leg pain between the two groups of patients, the Oswestry disability index(ODI),and the Mac Nab curative effect evaluation standard, and record intraoperative bleeding and surgery The results of length, length of hospital stay, duration of illness, and BMI were statistically analyzed to evaluate the efficacy. The data obtained was analyzed and processed by SPSS23.0 analysis software. Results:All patients included in the study successfully completed the operation. There was no death record after the operation. There was no significant difference between the two groups in gender, age,BMI,course of disease, and complications, which was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the two groups of patients There are differences in operation time and intraoperative bleeding. The foraminal lens group is smaller than the Delta large channel group;it is statistically significant(P<0.05),but there is no significant difference in the length of stay between the two(P>0.05),And the postoperative VAS、ODI score was better than that of the hole mirror group, which proves that Delta The postoperative recovery of the large channel group was faster than that of the foraminal lens group.Comparing the VAS scores and ODI scores of the two groups of patients at different follow-up time points(before surgery,1 day after surgery,3 months after surgery, and 6months after surgery),it was found that the follow-up time points of the two groups were lower than those before surgery. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the waist VAS scores in the Delta channel group at 3 months after surgery and 6 months after surgery, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);surgical methods and There was an interactive relationship between the follow-up time points, and the VAS score and ODI score of the waist and legs were statistically significant(P<0.05);the waist of the Delta channel group(before operation,1 day after operation,3 months after operation,6 months after operation))The VAS score and ODI score were compared with the foraminal endoscopy group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the legs of the Delta channel group(1 day after surgery,3 months after surgery,6months after surgery)VAS Compared with the scores of the foraminal surgery group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the overall excellent rate of the foraminal surgery group was 91.40%.The excellent and good rate of the operation in the Delta channel group: 93.30%.There was no significant difference in the excellent and good rate between the foraminal type and the lateral recessed lumbar spinal stenosis, and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).The center of the Delta channel group The excellent and good rate of surgical lumbar spinal stenosis was significantly better than that of the foraminal lens group, which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.For patients with single-segment lumbar spinal stenosis, the early effect of spine endoscopic Delta large channel surgical decom pression is better than that of the interforaminal group.2.For the treat ment of different types of lumbar spinal stenosis, especially for central lumbar spinal stenosis, the Delta channel under spinal endoscopy has obvious advantages.3.The Delta channel technology under spine endos copy for single-segment lumbar spinal stenosis has the advantages of safe operation, obvious results, rapid recovery, and thorough decompress ion, which is an effective choice for minimally invasive treatment of single-segment lumbar spinal stenosis.
