Objective:Questionnaires were distributed to investigate the job burnout of Regular training doctors in some third-class hospitals in Anhui province. The differences of job burnout, mindfulness level and social support in different demographic variables(gender, age, marital status, educational background and profession)were investigated. To further study the correlation between job burnout, mindfulness level and social support, and explore the mediating effect among them.It provides a theoretical basis for reducing the occupational burnout of Regular training doctors. Methods: A total of 576 Regular training doctors from 5 Grade A hospitals in Anhui Province were randomly selected as the research objects, and the occupational burnout scale,five-factor mindfulness scale and social support rating scale were used to investigate.SPSS22.0 software was used for general description statistical analysis.T-test and F-test were used for difference analysis.Person was used to study the correlation between mindfulness level, job burnout and social support.Regression analysis was used to verify the predictive relationship between variables, and Bootstrap was used to test the mediating effect. Results: 1.The survey shows that the detection rate of job burnout is 56.08%,among which the number of people with severe job burnout accounts for 5.56%.2.In different demographic variables, the score of job burnout in male group was significantly lower than that in female group(t=-3.884,p<0.001);The score of unmarried group was significantly lower than that of married group(t=-3.88,p<0.001).There were no significant differences in major, age and educational background(p>0.05).In terms of the level of mindfulness,The scores of male group were significantly higher than that of female group(t=4.97,p<0.001).The score of unmarried group was significantly higher than that of married group(t=4.284,p< 0.001).The scores of different age groups were significantly different(F=7.132,p=0.001).There are significant differences in the dimension of inaction among different educational groups(F=10.797,p<0.001).There was no significant difference in specialty(p>0.05).In terms of social support, the scores of western medicine group were significantly higher than those of traditional Chinese medicine group(t=2.076,p=0.038).There were significant differences among different age groups(F=3.889,p=0.021).There were no significant differences in sex, marriage and educational background(p>0.05).3.The total score of job burnout was negatively correlated with the total score of mindfulness(r=-0.414,p<0.01).Social support was positively correlated with mindfulness(r=0.315,p<0.01).Job burnout was negatively correlated with social support(r=-0.336,p<0.01).Through regression analysis, social support significantly negatively predicted job burnout(Beta =-0.333,p<0.001).Social support significantly positively predicted levels of mindfulness(Beta =0.299,p<0.001).Mindfulness levels were significantly negative predictors of burnout(Beta=-0.376,p<0.001).4.After Bootstrap test, the mediating effect was established. The model was a partial mediating model, the mediating effect size was-0.302(p<0.001),and the mediating effect accounted for 51.45% of the total effect. Conclusion: 1.There is a certain degree of job burnout among Regular training doctors in Anhui Province.2.There were significant differences in job burnout, mindfulness level and social support in some demographic characteristics(gender, age, marriage, profession, education background).3.There was a correlation among burnout, mindfulness and social support among the regular training doctors.4.The level of mindfulness had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between job burnout and social support.
