Purpose:This paper discusses the effectiveness of peach four-body Tonga minus combined fluorosterol and fluoroquinol in the prevention and treatment and evaluation of the postoperative delirium rate and the severity of delirium occurrence of PFNA fractures in the elderly,and discusses the effectiveness of peach Taohong Siwu Decoction minus combined fluoroquinol in preventing and treating the precarriage fractures in the elderly,so as to provide a new treatment idea for the future clinical formulation of reasonable and effective prevention and treatment measures.Methods:Select 60 patients who meet the criteria and randomly divide them into experimental and control groups by their outpatient or emergency visit order,each group of 30 patients.Control group to give conventional Western medicine treatment plan:after hospitalization of ordinary skin traction,to anti-swelling and pain relief and other treatment,to ensure the normal sleep of patients.Preoperative antibiotics to prevent and treat infection,guide patients to early functional exercise,the experimental group in the control group on the basis of treatment using Taohong Siwu Decoction minus reduced oral,after hospitalization began to take,take to the 7th day after surgery stopped.From the day of hospitalization to the 7th day after surgery,the delirium was diagnosed quickly using the CAM(confusion assessment method)determination method,the DRS-S-98 scale was used to assess the severity of delirium,and in both groups of patients,5 mg fluoroquinol inositive injection was used.On the day after hospitalization,blood samples from patients on an empty stomach were collected on the 1st,3rd,and 7th mornings after hospitalization to detect hemoglobin and C-reactive protein content in blood samples,collect and collate data through Excel,and analyze data results using statistical software SPSS22.0.Results:1.Postoperative delirium occurred:the number of patients in the experimental group developed delirium:3 people,the incidence rate was 10%,the number of patients in the control group developed delirium:11 people,the incidence rate was 37%,the difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P=0.015).2.Delirium severity score:The score of the severity of delirium in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the score of the severity of delirium in the experimental group and the control group was 21.67±3.21,26.73±3.41,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P=0.04).3.Hemoglobin content:hemoglobin content in the experimental group the day after hospitalization was compared with hemoglobin content in the control group,no statistical significance(P>0.05);Comparing hemoglobin content with hemoglobin content in the control group on the 3rd day after surgery,no statistical significance(P>0.05);hemoglobin content in the experimental group on the 7th day after surgery was higher than hemoglobin content in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the hemoglobin content of the second day of hospitalization and control group was higher than the first day after surgery,and the hemoglobin content of the first day after surgery was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The hemoglobin content of the experimental group on the 7th day after surgery was higher than on the 3rd day after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The hemoglobin content of the experimental group was lower than that of the third day after operation in the control group on the 7th day after operation,which was statistically significant(P<0.05)。4.C Reaction protein content:the CRP content of the experimental group the day after hospitalization was not statistically significant(P>0.05)compared with the CRP content of the control group>Statistically significant(P<0.05);the CRP content of the 3rd day after surgery was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the CRP content of the 3rd day after surgery was higher than that of the control group on the 1st and 7th days after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The CRP content on the first and third days after surgery was higher than the CRP content on the second day of hospitalization,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the elderly patients with coarse fracture PFNA,the use of Taohong Siwu Decoction minus combined fluoroquinol for preventive treatment means,can reduce the occurrence of postoperative delirium,can reduce the severity of delirium in patients,but also in the near future to regulate the C-reactive protein content and hemoglobin content,than the effect of simple use of fluoroquinol.
