Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Linggubafa Combined With Omeprazole Enteric-coated Capsules Of Reflux Esophagitis With Syndrome Of Heat Stagnation In Liver And Stomach

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Lingguibafa combined with Omeprazole Enteric-coated Capsules for Reflux Esophagitis with syndrome of heat stagnation in liver and stomach.It provides another way of selecting acupoints with needles for clinical treatment of Reflux Esophagitis with syndrome of heat stagnation in liver and stomach.Methods Selected 62 patients of RE with syndrome of heat stagnation in liver and stomach,the control group was treated by Omeprazole Enteric-coated Capsules alone,and the study group was treated by Lingguibafa on the basis of the control group.Before and after treatment,the two groups were evaluated by TCM symptom score,TCM syndrome score,improvement of esophageal mucous membrane under gastroscope RDQ score,and recurrence rate.Statistical analysis of the collected date was carried out to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in gender,age,TCM symptom score,TCM syndrome score,Esophageal mucosal gastroscopy grading and RDQ score between the two groups of patients(P>0.05),which were comparable..2.TCM symptom scores:The TCM symptom scores in the two groups after treatment all decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).In the study group,the two aspects of acid regurgitation and fullness of flanks decreased more significantly(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the scores of the two groups in five aspects:retrosternal pain,noisy,irritable,dry mouth,bitterness and constipation(P>0.05).3.TCM syndrome score:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease in the study group was more obvious,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Efficacy of TCM syndromes: After treatment,the effective rate of the study group was93.33%,and the effective rate of the control group was 82.76%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Efficacy of gastroscopy: After treatment,the effective rate of the study group was 86.67%,and the effective rate of the control group was 82.76%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).6.RDQ score:After treatment,the RDQ score in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease in the study group was more obvious,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).7.Recurrence: 4 weeks after the end of treatment,the recurrence rate in the study group was11.53%,and the recurrence rate in the control group was 43.48%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions1.Lingguibafa combined with Omeprazole Enteric-coated Capsules has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of Reflux Esophagitis with syndrome of heat stagnation in liver and stomach.It is better than using Omeprazole Enteric-coated Capsules alone in reducing TCM syndrome score,RDQ score,recurrence rate and improving acid reflux and fullness of flanks.2.Lingguibafa have the characteristics of simple acupoint selection,obvious curative effect,safety and convenience.It provides a simple and effective acupuncture therapy for the clinical treatment of Reflux Esophagitis with stagnation of heat in the liver and stomach.
