An Equivalent Randomized Controlled Trial Of New Xiao Zhi Plug In The Treatment Of Pain And Bleeding After Surgical Treatment Of Mixed Hemorrhoids

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety observation of the new Xiaozhi plug in treating mixed hemorrhoids postoperative pain and reducing postoperative bleeding,so as to confirm the efficacy of the new Xiaozhi plug in treating mixed hemorrhoids postoperative pain and reducing postoperative bleeding.Compared with equivalence,it is used in clinical practice.Methods:From December 2020 to March 2021,80 patients who accepted mixed hemorrhoid external dissection and internal ligation(MMH)and met the inclusion criteria in the Anorectal Department of the Fourth Clinical College of Xinjiang Medical University will be given numbered according to the order of admission.The drug was changed after the operation,twice a day,and the pain,bleeding and wound edge edema scores of the patients during the 1-month course of treatment were recorded.After the test,the blinding was performed twice.All data were analyzed using SPSS26.0 software.Results: There is no difference in gender and age distribution between the two groups of subjects(P>0.05).Statistical analysis of the pain,bleeding and edema scores of the two groups of subjects show that there was no difference in the scores between the two groups(P = 0.782 > 0.05).Conclusion : The new Xiaozhi Plug Suppository can effectively reduce the pain,bleeding,and edge edema scores of patients with mixed hemorrhoids,relieve the great pain caused by complications after MMH,reduce the psychological burden of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients,and its overall clinical efficacy compared with the original Xiaozhi Plug Suppository,it is equivalent and has no obvious side effects during the test.It can replace the original Xiaozhi Suppository as a clinical treatment drug for improving the discomfort symptoms such as pain,bleeding and anal edema after hemorrhoid surgery.
