Observation On The Efficacy Of Hemorrhoid Fumigation Combined With Taining Ointment In The Treatment Of Postoperative Wounds Of Mixed Hemorrhoids With Damp-heat Syndrom

Purpose: To explore the effect of Zhiyan Xiaofumigation and washing combined with Taining ointment on the wound surface after operation of mixed hemorrhoids with damp-heat down-injection syndrome.The post-operative wounds of mixed hemorrhoids were treated with Zhiyan Xiaofumigation and washing combined with Taining ointment,and the healing,pain,exudation and edema of the wounds were observed.To explore the effect of Zhiyan Xiaofuming and washing combined with Taining ointment on the wound after operation of mixed hemorrhoids with damp-heat down-injection syndrome,clarify its mechanism of action,and provide diagnosis and treatment ideas for the wound after operation of mixed hemorrhoids with damp-heat down-injection syndrome.Material and method: A total of 64 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who underwent external hemorrhoidectomy and internal ligation at Liaoning Provincial Proctology Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 32 patients in each group.The treatment group received hemorrhoids fumigation and washing twice a day on the first day after surgery for a total of 7 days.During the dressing change,Taining ointment was used twice a day until the wound healed.The control group received 1:5000 potassium permanganate fumigation twice a day on the first day after surgery for a total of 7 days.During dressing change,Taining ointment was used twice a day until the wound healed.On the 3rd,7th,and 12 th day after surgery,observe various wound complications and wound healing efficacy observation indicators,and follow up on the 20 th day after surgery to observe the postoperative wound healing status.Results:1.On the third day after surgery,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the efficacy of wound pain,exudation,and edema after mixed hemorrhoid surgery(p>0.05).2.On the 7th day after surgery,there was a statistically significant difference in the efficacy of the two groups of patients in terms of wound pain,exudation,and edema after mixed hemorrhoid surgery(p<0.05).3.On the 12 th day after surgery,there was a statistically significant difference(p<0.05)in the efficacy of wound pain,exudation,and edema between the two groups of patients after mixed hemorrhoid surgery.4.In terms of wound healing efficacy,there was no statistically significant difference in wound reduction rate between the two groups of patients on the 3rd day after surgery(p>0.05).The difference in wound reduction rate between the two groups of patients on the 7th and12 th postoperative days was statistically significant(p<0.05).And both groups did not experience any adverse reactions or toxic side effects in the experiment..Conclusion:1.Zhiyan Xiaofuming and washing combined with Taining ointment has significant effects on relieving postoperative wound pain,reducing exudation,reducing postoperative wound edema,and accelerating wound healing.2.Compared with potassium permanganate fumigation and washing combined with Taining cream,hemorrhoids fumigation and washing combined with Taining cream has a better effect on the treatment of wound complications after operation of mixed hemorrhoids with damp-heat down-injection syndrome,and is safe and simple,which is worth further promotion in clinical practice.
