Research On Medical Quality Management System In Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital

Objective: Traditional Chinese medicine hospitals are an important part of medical institutions in China,and have made great contributions to the protection of human life and health.However,with the spread of globalization and the deepening of the reform of the medical and health system,the competition in the medical market is becoming more and more fierce.Due to congenital deficiency and asymmetric competition,most Chinese medicine hospitals seek development from the west,dilute their characteristics and survive,and copy the management model of general hospitals,which makes the development of Chinese medicine hospitals face severe challenges.Based on the three-level structure theory of medical quality,total quality management theory,PDCA cycle and continuous quality improvement theory,this study studies the total medical quality management system in Chinese medicine hospitals,and provides reference basis for improving internal management problems and medical quality management level in Chinese medicine hospitals.Methods: Firstly,through literature analysis and research,this paper defines the connotation of basic concepts such as medical quality management,understands the theory of medical quality management,and analyzes the current situation and management mode of medical quality management in hospitals at home and abroad;Then,through policy research,understand the laws and regulations,evaluation standards and medical quality management regulations and other policy documents related to hospital quality management;Then,taking M 3A Chinese Medicine Hospital as a case,through studying and analyzing the medical quality management system and operation effect of the hospital,this paper summarizes and analyzes the management experience worth learning from,and finds out the existing shortcomings;Then,11 TCM hospitals of different levels in Hubei Province were investigated by questionnaire survey to understand the medical quality management system of these TCM hospitals and summarize and analyze the existing problems.Finally,on the basis of absorbing and applying the research results of medical quality management system at home and abroad and the theory of medical quality management of traditional Chinese medicine,and under the guidance of national policy documents on medical quality management and hospital management of traditional Chinese medicine,and combining with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,a set of scientific and comprehensive medical quality management system suitable for the internal daily management of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals is constructed.Results: The medical quality management system of Chinese medicine hospitals established in this study includes five subsystems: organization system,standard system,monitoring system,evaluation system and support system.Each subsystem contains a number of specifications and requirements,and each subsystem has elements and characteristics of Chinese medicine,thus forming a three-dimensional network comprehensive scientific and comprehensive medical quality management system with Chinese medicine characteristics.Conclusion: Medical quality management is carried out through the medical quality management system.Without a good medical quality management system,there will be no good medical quality.At present,Chinese medicine hospitals copy the management system of general hospitals,and they operate in western medicine.The advantages of Chinese medicine characteristics are not obvious,which leads to the gradual weakening of the core competitiveness of Chinese medicine hospitals.The survival and development of Chinese medicine hospitals are facing severe challenges.Establishing a sound medical quality management system with Chinese medicine characteristics is an effective means to improve the medical quality management of Chinese medicine hospitals and a fundamental way to promote the sustainable and healthy development of Chinese medicine hospitals.A complete medical quality management system should at least include medical quality management organization,medical quality management standard system,medical quality supervision and control mechanism,medical quality evaluation scheme and medical quality support and guarantee measures.In the process of argument analysis,this paper tries to explore and seek to solve the practical problems in Chinese medicine hospitals.The research results of this paper have practical guiding significance for the internal medical quality management of Chinese medicine hospitals,hoping to provide reference opinions and decision-making basis for strengthening the medical quality construction of Chinese medicine hospitals.
