Clinical Observation On Acupuncture Of Lv’s Combination Of Acupoint With Stellate Ganglion Block For Perimenopausal Syndrome(Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency Type)

Objective:To explore a more effective method for the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome and provide more options for the clinical treatment of perimenopausal syndrome by observing the clinical effect of Lv’s combination of acupoint and stellate ganglion block on the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome（liver and kidney Yin deficiency type）.Methods:63cases of perimenopausal syndrome with deficiency of liver and kidney Yin were randomly divided into two groups,after 3 cases of exfoliation,Finally,30 cases in each group were included.In the treatment group,Lv’s acupoint combination with stellate ganglion block therapy was used.Acupoint selection:Taixi-Sanyinjiao,combined with the same walking needle method.The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture.Acupoints were selected as Guanyuan,Shenshu,Taixi（Both Sides）,Sanyinjiao（Both Sides）and Zhaohai（Both Sides）.Once a day,10 times as a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses.Before and after treatment,menopausal symptom evaluation scale and perimenopausal quality of life scale were used to evaluate the improvement of symptoms of patients.Meanwhile,the changes of serum estradol,follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone levels were compared.Statistical software SPSS23.0was used for data statistics and analysis.Results:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,and that of the ordinary acupuncture group was 80%,and there was statistical significance in the total effective rate between the two groups（P<0.05）.2.After the comparison of MRS and MENQOL scores before and after treatment,there was no difference between the two groups before treatment（P>0.05）.After treatment,the scale scores in both groups decreased to different degrees,and the decrease degree in the treatment group was higher than that in the ordinary acupuncture group,the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.3.After comparing the changes of serum sex hormone levels between the two groups before and after treatment,there was no difference between the two groups before treatment（P>0.05）.After treatment,serum E₂levels in both groups were increased to varying degrees,while serum FSH and LH levels were decreased to varying degrees,with statistical significance（P<0.05）.The improvement degree in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the ordinary acupuncture group,with statistical significance（P<0.05）.Conclusion:1.Lv’s acupoints combined with stellate ganglion block and ordinary acupuncture can effectively improve the symptoms of perimenopausal syndrome of liver and kidney Yin deficiency type,and Lv’s acupoints combined with stellate ganglion block is better than ordinary acupuncture in improving the symptoms of perimenopausal syndrome of liver and kidney Yin deficiency type.2.Compared with ordinary acupuncture,Lv’s acupoint combined with stellate ganglion block has better efficacy in the treatment of this disease,which provides a theoretical basis and empirical reference for the safety and effectiveness of this disease in clinical application,and provides a new treatment scheme for the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome with deficiency of liver and kidney.It is worthy of further promotion in clinic.3.Compared with ordinary acupuncture Lv’s acupoint combined with stellate ganglion block has better efficacy in the treatment of this disease.
