Human capital is the most important capital of all kinds of essential resou rces,which determines the survival and development of enterprises.High quality employees have shown great advantages in dealing with enterprise crisis,market response and customer service.Strengthening the training of high-quality talents has become a required course for enterprises.Training is an important way for modern enterprises to strengthen the construction of learning organization and improve their skills.With the reform of hospital system,private hospitals have begun to grow rapidly,and the competition among hospital talents is becoming more and more intense.How to strengthen the training of internal talents has become a difficult problem that the hospital needs to solve.By using the method of questionnaire survey,this paper investigates the training system of medical staff in a hospital,finds out the problems existing in the current training system of medical staff,and puts forward the improvement countermeasures.The main content of this paper includes the following aspects: the first part introduces the background and value of this research,as well as the current research on the training system at home and abroad,and puts forward the necessity of research.The second part introduces the concept and theoretical basis of this paper.Fi rstly,it introduces the basic concept and system of training,and introduces the human capital theory,adult learning theory and reinforcement theory applied in this paper.The third part is about the current situation and problems of the staff training s ystem in hospital A.firstly,it introduces the current situation of the staff training system in hospital a,and implements it from two aspects of human resource training organization and training system;Secondly,from the aspects of training needs,training plans,training courses,training implementation and training evaluation,it introduces the structure of the training system for medical staff in a hospital;Thirdly,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the current situation of the training system of medical staff in a hospital;Finally,according to the current situation of the staff training system and the results of the questionnaire survey,this paper puts forward the problems existing in the staff training system of a hospital,including the training demand analysis is not in place,the training plan is lack of systematicness,the training courses are lack of keeping pace with the times,the training instructor team is weak,the training is lack of tracking feedback,and the training effect eva luation is not perfect.The fourth part is the analysis of the causes of the existing problems in the staff training system of a hospital.This paper thinks that the main reasons for the problems in the staff training system of a hospital are as follows: lack of strategic understanding of training,lack of sufficient understanding of training system,lack of effective training incentive mechanism,lack of training investment and support,Training system supporting system is not perfect,lack of good trainin g and learning atmosphere.The fifth part is the optimization strategy of staff training system in hospital A.firstly,it introduces the optimization principles of training system;Secondly,according to the problems and reasons of the training system for medical staff in hospital a,the optimization scheme of the training system is put forward,including improving the training system and supporting system,improving the demand analysis at all levels,formulating the training plan to meet the demand,elaborately designing the training course content,strengthening the construction of the training instructor team,and improving the training effect evaluation mechanism.
