Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Ⅰ And Ⅱ Degree Rectal Prolapse By Self-designed Invigorating Qi For Ascending Combined With Operation

Objective: It takes contrastive analysis of self-designed invigorating qi for ascending combined with punctate ligation injection of rectal mucosa and procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids of Ⅰ、Ⅱ rectal prolapse clinical curative effect.self-designed invigorating qi for ascending combined with punctate ligation injection of rectal mucosa and procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids proved to be more effective.The purpose is to guide clinical practice,provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of rectal prolapse,give play to the advantages of combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine,and effectively provide simple,effective and inexpensive services for the majority of patientsMethods:Included in confirmed rectal prolapse(rectal prolapse,RP),a total of 60 cases,and randomly divided into two groups(the experimental group and control group),thirty cases in each group.experimental group adopted self-designed invigorating qi for ascending combined with punctate ligation injection of rectal mucosa and procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids,The control group was treated with simple surgery.The experimental group began to take self-designed invigorating qi for ascending orally on the third day after the operation(specific dosage is as follows:one dose/day,morning and evening,two weeks for a course of treatment,three courses in total).The clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups before and after treatment(length of prolapse,condition of constipation control,times of defecation,defecation time,sense of anal dampness,sense of anal drop and distention,etc.)were comprehensively analyzed,The score results were analyzed by statistical method.Results: After three courses of treatment,the overall effective rate of the experimental group and the control group was 90% and 80% respectively(p<0.05),The total effective rate was statistically significant.Moreover,the clinical symptoms of the experimental group(length of prolapse,condition of bowel control,times of defecation,defecation time,sense of anus wetness,sense of anus dropping and distension,etc.)were improved better than that of the control group(p<0.05).six months and one year after operation,the follow-up showed that the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.self-designed invigorating qi for ascending combined with punctate ligation injection of rectal mucosa and procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids and surgery alone for I,Ⅱ rectal prolapse are effective.2.self-designed invigorating qi for ascending combined with punctate ligation injection of rectal mucosa and procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids proved to be more effective.3.self-designed invigorating qi for ascending combined with punctate ligation injection of rectal mucosa and procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids has long-term curative effect,and it is worth promoting in clinic.
