PPH With Xiaozhiling Injection In The Treatment Of Rectal Mucosal Prolapse : A Clinical Study

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the procedure for prolapsed hemorrhoid combined with injection of Xiaozhiling in the treatment of internal rectal mucosa prolapsed, and to provide the enough evidence of clinical evidence-based medicine for clinical use.Methods:A total of 60 patients with internal rectal mucosa prolapse were divided into two groups:the one group of 30 patients was_ treated with procedure for prolapsed hemorrhoid; the other group of 30 patients was treated with the procedure for prolapsed hemorrhoid combined with injection of Xiaozhiling. Before and after treatment, compare the defecation frequency, defecation time, the feeling of endless defecation, difficult defecation, the feeling of obstruction, stool form, anoscope examination, the wound healing time, postoperative complications and curative effect.Result:There are no differences in postoperative pain, postoperative infection of incision and the anus function. But comparing the data of two groups in defecation frequency, defecation time, the feeling of endless defecation, difficult defecation, the feeling of obstruction, stool form, anoscope examination, the wound healing time and so on, the procedure for prolapsed hemorrhoid combined with injection of Xiaozhiling is better than PHH group (p< 0.050) Conclusion:The procedure for prolapsed hemorrhoid combined with injection of Xiaozhiling which integrates the merits of the injection of Xiaozhiling while avoiding their defects is synergic on the treatment of internal rectal mucosa. This method which is good for clinical application has surely therapeutic effects and it can improve the quality of patients' life.
