Clinical Observation Of Chinese Herb Treatment By Stages Combined With Letrozole Regimen Treatment On Kidney Deficiency And Phlegm And Blood Stasis Type Of Infertility Caused By PCOS

Objective: By clinical observation of Chinese Herb Treatment by Stages combined with Letrozole Regimen Treatment on Kidney Deficiency,Phlegm and Blood Stasis type of Infertility caused by PCOS to verify its efficacy,in order to provide theoretical and practical basis for the treatment of Infertility caused by PCOS that integrated Chinese and western medicine.Methods: Eighty-six patients with Infertility caused by PCOS were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 43 cases in the control group and 43 cases in the treatment group.Patients in the control group need to take Letrozole orally,intramuscular injection of HMG(human menopausal chorionic gonadotropin)and HCG(human chorionic gonadotropin).On the basis of the treatment group,patients in the control group need to add Chinese Herb Treatment by Stages into their therapy.That’s to say,in the post menstrual,patients need to take Wen Jing Tang Jiajian decoction orally,after ovulation,patients need to take An Dian Er Tian Tang Jiajian decoction orally.Taking a menstrual cycle as a course of treatment.After3 courses of treatment,we will to observe and compare the clinical pregnancy rate,the dosage of HMG,endometial thickness in the HCG day,BMI(body mass index),TCM syndromes score,discomfort symptom score during the treatment and the total clinical effective rate.Finally,by statistical analysis we will draw a conclusion.Results:1.The age,course of disease and the age of the patient’s menarche,BMI in the two groups have no statistical significance(P>0.050).2.The clinical pregnancy rate of 58.97% in the treatment group is significantly higher than 35.14% in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.050).3.The periodic average dosage of HMG in the treatment group is 5.644,which is lower than 6.538 in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.050).4.The HCG day’s average endometrial thickness in the treatment group is 8.420 millimeter.The endometrial thickness in the control group is 8.223 millimeter.The difference has no statistical significance(P>0.050).5.There was no statistically significant difference in BMI between the two groups before treatment(P>0.050).After treatment,there is no statistically significant difference between before and after treatment in the control group(P>0.050).While there is a statistically significant difference between before and after treatment in the treatment group(P<0.050).After treatment,the BMI of the treatment group is 25.964,lower than control group’s 27.073.The difference have statistical significance(P<0.050).6.There was no statistically significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.050).After treatment,the control group and the treatment group have statistically significant difference.After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group is 14.769,which is significantly lower than the control group’s 19.649,and the difference have statistical significance(P<0.050).7.The score of discomfort symptoms during using medicine in the treatment group is 5.744,significantly lower than 8.568 in the control group.The difference have statistical significance(P<0.050).8.In the treatment group,the total clinical effective rate is 84.62%,significantly higher than 62.16% in the control group.The difference have statistical significance(P<0.050).Conclusion: Chinese Herb Treatment by Stages combined with Letrozole Regimen can significantly improve the clinical pregnancy rate of patients,reduce patients,dosage of HMG,lose weight,significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,and reduce patients,discomfort symptoms during using the medicine.In term of clinical efficacy,it also have higher total effective rate.
