Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Infertility Caused By PCOS With Deficiency Of Both Spleen And Kidney By Jianpi Bushen Zhuovan Recipe And Letrozole

Objective :To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Bushen zhuovan formula combined with letrozole in the treatment of infertility caused by PCOS with deficiency of both spleen and kidney.Methods: 60 cases of infertility caused by PCOS with deficiency of spleen and kidney were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group was given 2.5mg letrozole once a day,starting from the fifth day of the menstrual cycle,at eight o’clock every night,for five days;the experimental group was given Jianpi Bushen zhuovan formula,once a day,for 14 days,to treat and observe three menstrual cycles.The changes of TCM syndrome,FSH,LH,LH / FSH,t,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were observed before and after treatment.Result:1.Baseline comparison before treatment: age,TCM syndrome score,sex hormone level(LH,FSH,LH / FSH,t)of the two groups were compared.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable.2.Comparison of the comprehensive curative effect of the two groups: the total effective rate of the experimental group was 80.00% higher than that of the control group(63.34%).By the rank sum test,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of Jianpi Bushen zhuovan formula combined with letrozole on infertility caused by PCOS with spleen and kidney deficiency was better than that of letrozole alone.3.Comparison of the curative effect of TCM syndromes in the two groups: the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was 93.33% higher than that in the control group(46.67%).After the rank sum test,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P = 0.000 < 0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group.4.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment in the two groups:the TCM syndrome scores in the experimental group decreased significantly after treatment,with statistical significance(P = 0.000 < 0.05);the TCM syndrome scores in thecontrol group improved little after treatment,with no statistical significance(P = 0.061 >0.05),indicating that the combination of Jianpi Bushen zhuovan recipe and letrozole can significantly improve the TCM syndrome of infertility caused by PCOS Form.5.Comparison of sex hormone level between the two groups: after treatment,the basic sex hormone LH and LH / FSH of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.000 < 0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P = 0.0254 < 0.05).There was no significant difference in FSH and t between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05).6.Comparison of ovulation rate in two groups: after treatment,the number of ovulation cycles in the experimental group was 65,with an ovulation rate of 77.38%;the number of ovulation cycles in the control group was 41,with an ovulation rate of 46.07%.By chi square test,the difference was statistically significant(value = 4.305,P = 0.0388 <0.05),indicating that the ovulation rate of Jianpi Bushen zhuovalbo decoction combined with letrozole in the treatment of infertility caused by spleen and kidney deficiency PCOS was significant It is higher than letrozole alone.7.Comparison of clinical pregnancy rate between the two groups: after treatment,17 patients in the experimental group were pregnant,accounting for 56.7%,and 9 in the control group,accounting for 30.0%.The difference was statistically significant(P =0.0388 < 0.05),indicating that the pregnancy rate of Jianpi Bushen zhuovan formula combined with letrozole in the treatment of infertility caused by PCOS with spleen and kidney deficiency was significantly higher than that of letrozole alone.8.Safety observation: there were no adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:(1)The clinical effect of Jianpi Bushen zhuovan decoction combined with letrozole in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome infertility with spleen and kidney deficiency is significant,which can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with traditional Chinese medicine,reduce the basic hormone LH,LH / FSH value,and improve the cycle ovulation rate and clinical pregnancy rate.(2)Jianpi Bushen zhuovfang combined with letrozole is safe and effective in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome infertility with spleen and kidney deficiency,which is worthy of further clinical promotion and research.
