The Study On The Influence Of Doctor-patient Trust On The Satisfaction Of Public Health Service Among Floating Population

With the development of economy and society,the floating population has more and more demands for medical and health public service.In the course of seeking medical care,the floating population has made cognition and evaluation on the quantity and quality of medical and health service,which reflects the level of trust between doctors and patients.Doctor-patient trust refers to people’s belief and expectation that doctors will provide appropriate medical service for their own benefit.To study the doctor-patient trust of floating population and its influence on the satisfaction of public health service is helpful to enrich the content of medical social work,and to promote the floating population’s sense of medical gain and promote their physical and mental health.On the basis of literature analysis and using the 2017 data of China’s social survey,this paper investigates the status quo of trust between doctors and patients and satisfaction of public health service of 871 floating population,and analyzes the relationship between them.Then 12 floating population were interviewed to further explore the factors that affect the floating population’s doctor-patient trust,and to confirm the impact of the floating population’s doctor-patient trust on the satisfaction of public health service.And from the perspective of social work,to develop the floating population to enhance the level of trust between doctors and patients intervention program.The main findings are as follows:Firstly,the doctor-patient trust score of floating population is 2.85,and the satisfaction score of public health service is 2.80.There are significant differences in gender,education level,political outlook,marital status and social health care participation.Second,the doctor-patient trust of floating population is closely related to the satisfaction of public health service,and it can predict the satisfaction of public health service.Third,the floating population’s trust to doctors is mainly influenced by doctors’ professional skills,communication,moral character,social reputation of institutions,medical management system and so on.Doctor-patient trust is an important factor that affects the satisfaction of public health service of floating population.In the light of the problems in the research,this paper designs the intervention scheme of social work,and advances some relevant countermeasures and suggestions from aspects of perfecting the system,innovating the publicity,strengthening the doctors’ ability,introducing medical social workers,and improving the quality of the floating population.
