The Strategy Research On The Satisfaction And Utilization Of Community Health Service Of The Floating Population In Dongguan And Shenzhen City

ObjectiveThe theme of this study is how to carry out community health services effectively inthe floating population in the city,through the survey analysis of the satisfaction andutilization of floating population community health services,combining the relatedinterviews of floating population community health services about management, policymeasures, content and effect etc.Explore the operable, specific and suitable mode offloating population community health service.MethodsIn this study, the typical area dongguan and shenzhen is selected,Use of sub randomsampling method,two district/town is selected randomly in each of the city. With the unit96community health services in4District/town of2city. the leadership,responsibleperson, medical person of the community health services and community residents besurveyed on questionnaire and interview.the research methods include such as case analysis,document analysis, qualitative research and quantitative research method etc.ResultsResidents Survey Results:650copies of the survey questionnaires be distributed,650copies be recovered,a total of643copies of questionnaires are qualified after excisederror,the qualified rate is98.9%.The main age group is20-29years old,accounted for41.8%;The female ratio was1:1.16;There are551floating population and92census register population,the ratio of floating population and census register population close to5:1;Married people are the most in terms of marital status,accounted for72.9%;Junior andsenior people are the most in terms of educational background,accounted for68.5%;Workerare the most in terms of profession,accounted for58.5%; The communityhealth service satisfaction of census register population were higher than the floatingpopulation(P<0.05),all the Satisfaction of the floating population were less than80%, allthe satisfaction of census register population were higher than80%,the medicalenvironment and equipment satisfaction of the floating population were the lowest, only52.6%and67.9%.The factors Influencing of the floating Population satisfaction were age,insurance and education situation(P<0.05);The utilization of the health education servicesand health records service of the floating population were the highest,respectively78.2%and77.0%;The utilization of the patients with severe mental illness and diabetesmanagement were the highest,respectively21.2%and27.8%,the community health serviceutilization of census register population were higher than the floatingpopulation(P<0.05).The factors Influencing of the floating Population utilization wereage,sex, education situation and insurance(P<0.05);The Staff Survey Results:The jobsatisfaction of agency staff is the highest,the prize satisfaction is the lowest,respectively65.7%and28.4%,The factors Influencing of overall satisfaction of the agency staff weremarital status,posts,property and working hours(P<0.05);The management services ofpatients with severe mental illness were the most difficult to carry out basic public healthservices.vaccination services were minimum difficulty,the difficulty factor were63and48respectively.Agency Interviews Results:there are some disadvantages in terms ofmanagement, policy measures, sources of funding, services and quality etc in Shenzhen andDongguan cities.ConclusionFloating population has the characteristic of low age, low education, low income, lowproportion of insurance, more marriage, moderate sex ratio and more worker,etc.Satisfaction of community health services of the floating population is generally lowerthan the registered population.The factors Influencing of the floating Population satisfaction and utilization is the demographics and social attributes to some extent.Thescientific and reasonable system of health care should be established.The utilization ofbasic public health services of the floating population were lower.Women and childrenhealth management should be focused and strengthened.The job satisfaction of communityworkers were very low.The system of performance appraisal and bonus distribution shouldbe improved to stabilize workforce of grassroots community.The community health servicemodel of the floating population need to be further improved in terms of management,policy measures, sources of funding, services and quality etc.
