ObjectiveComparison of clinical effects of kidney-tonifying and peripheral-regulating acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture and Daying-35 on patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.MethodsFrom October 2017 to October 2019,60 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were collected from the gynecology clinic,acupuncture clinic and Taizhong clinic of Sanya City Hospital of Traditional itional Chinese Medicine in Hainan Province.The patients were randomly divided into acupuncture group and western medicine group with 30 patients in each group.Anxiety SAS,depression SDS and menstrual cycle scoring scale were used for scoring,and a database was established to analyze anxiety,depression and menstrual cycle scoring.Results1.The SDS scores of the two groups before and after treatment were tested by intra-group t test.the results showed that the acupuncture group t=2.214,P=0.03 1<0.05,t he difference was s tatistically significant,suggesting that the SDS scores of PCOS patients treated by this acupuncture method were significantly different from those before treatment.In western medicine group,t=-0.706,P=0.483>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,suggesting that SDS score of PCOS patients treated with this drug was not significantly different from that before treatment.2.The SAS scores of the two groups were tested by intra-group t test before and after treatment.the results showed that the acupuncture group t=3.193,P=0.002<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,suggesting that the SAS scores of PCOS pa tients treated by this acupuncture method were significantly different from those before treatment.In western medicine group,t=2.141,P=0.036<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,suggesting that the SAS score of PCOS patients treated with this drug was significantly different from that before treatment.3.After treatment,the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups were tested by t-test.the results showed that the SDS score t=-2.482,P=0.016<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,and the SDS scores of acupuncture group and western medicine group were significantly different after treatment.SAS score t=-1.173,P=0.246>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,and there was no significant difference in SAS score between acupuncture group and western medicine group after treatment.4.In acupuncture group,the effective rate was 46.7%,the effective rate was 33.3%,and the ineffective rate was 20%.In the western medicine group,the effective rate was 96.7%,the effective rate was 3.3%,and the ineffective rate was 0.The curative effect of the two groups after treatment belongs to grade data.the rank sum test of two independent samples is adopted.after Mann-Whitney test,Z=-4.264,P=0.000<0.05,showing statistically signi ficant difference.the curative effect of acupuncture group and western medicine group in regulating menstrual cycle during 3 months of treatment is significantly differentConclusion1.The treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with kidney tonifying and Zhou regulating acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture can obviously improve the menstrual cycle.2.Tonifying the kidney and regulating the circumference acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture can obviously improve depression and anxiety symptoms of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.
