115 Cases Of Patients With Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Depression Anxiety Related Factors Analysis

ObjectiveBased on 115 cases of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) type of syndrome, depression, anxiety scale, laboratory examination, physical examination, medical history information such as the collection and analysis, to explore the PCOS in TCM syndrome type of anxiety and depression status, analysis the influence factors of depression, anxiety in ischemic attacks in patients with PCOS. For clinical prevent the happening of the PCOS depression, anxiety, giving patients with PCOS associated with depression, anxiety, correct psychological counseling and treatment to provide a theoretical basis and objective basis.Methods:Choose accord with a standard 115 PCOS patients as the subjects of this study. Guide fill in PCOS patients with TCM symptom classifying quantization tables, Zung depression self rating scale (SDS) and Zung self rating anxiety scale (SAS), and records of the patient’s age, physical examination, laboratory examination, living habits, ultrasound, history of menstruation, infertility, pregnancy. Will be collected by the organization of data, using SPSS 21.0 statistical conclusions.Results:1、115 cases of patients with PCOS in TCM syndrome distribution order from high to low is:kidney liver depression type of 38 cases (33.1%); Phlegm and blood stasis mutual junction 33 cases (28.7%).
