Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Chonghe Ointment After External Stripping And Internal Ligation Of Mixed Hemorrhoids

Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of external application of ChongHe cream on postoperative complications(edema,pain)and wound healing of patients after the operation of mixed hemorrhoids with Milligan-Morgan Hemorrhoidectomy.Material and method:Sixty eight patients who aspect the operation of mixed hemorrhoids with Milligan-Morgan Hemorrhoidectomy incame of Shenyang Anorectal Hospital from September 2017 to July 2018 were selected as subjects.By a random number table,divided into treatment and control groups,each of the 34 cases.After treatment,the treatment group was treated by external application of ChongHe cream,and the control group was treated with Ma Yinglong musk hemorrhoids ointment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared by observing the pain,edema,granulation growth and wound healing time on the 3rd,7th and 14 th day after operation.Results:1.The pain level on the 3rd and 7th day after treatment was significantly better than that of the control group,and there was statistical difference(P<0.05).2.The degree of anal edema on the 3rd and 7th day after treatment was significantly better than that of the control group,and there was statistical difference(P<0.05).3.The granulation growth of the treatment group on the 7th and 14 th day after surgery was significantly better than that of the control group,and there was statistical difference(P<0.05).4.The wound healing time of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,and there was statistical difference(P<0.05).5.There were no adverse reactions in the treatment group and the control group.Conclusion:1.ChongHe cream has a good effect on pain and anal edema after the operation of mixed hemorrhoids with Milligan-Morgan Hemorrhoidectomy.2.ChongHe cream can promote wound granulation growth,reduce postoperative woundhealing time.3.ChongHe cream and Ma Yinglong Musk Hemorrhoids cream have good curative effect on the treatment of pain,anal edema and wound healing after the operation of mixed hemorrhoids with Milligan-Morgan Hemorrhoidectomy,and there are no adverse reactions.The effect of ChongHe cream is better.
