Study On Behavior And Influencing Factors Of Kiwifruit Growers Substituting Organic Fertilizer For Chemical Fertilizer In Boshan District

With the rapid development of agriculture in China,the problems of agricultural ecological environment are becoming increasingly prominent,and the agricultural non-point source pollution is becoming more and more serious.In recent years,in order to fight the tough battle of agricultural non-point source pollution control,China has successively issued a series of relevant policy documents to guide the development of green circular agriculture.The substitution of organic fertilizer for chemical fertilizer is not only the need of the situation,but also the necessity of development.In order to explore kiwifruit growers’ behavior of substituting organic fertilizer for chemical fertilizer and its influencing factors,literature research,questionnaire and empirical analysis were used in this paper.On the basis of combing the relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the development of kiwi fruit in the research area,and through the descriptive analysis of the research data,the basic clear research area farmers organic fertilizer application behavior,mainly including farmers organic fertilizer application situation and application characteristics.Further analysis in this paper summarizes the kiwi fruit growers in organic fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer behavior problems and the reasons,mainly has the following several aspects: farmers organic fertilizer insufficient awareness,organic fertilizer application of the high cost price,uneven quality of organic fertilizer,organic fertilizer application of high technical requirements,relevant government policy propaganda is not in place,the economic benefits of organic fertilizer applied is not obvious.Combined with the above analysis,this paper empirically analyzed the influencing factors of kiwifruit growers’ behavior of substituting organic fertilizer for chemical fertilizer by constructing a model.Firstly,logistic model was constructed to analyze the survey data of 195 kiwi growers in Boshan District,Zibo City,and the following conclusions were drawn through analysis: The factors affecting kiwifruit growers’ organic fertilizer behavior were different.Among them,advance the level of education,kiwi fruit planting area,the effect of organic fertilizer of cognition,organic related training,government regulation,’s trust in the local village officials and their relatives and friends organic fertilizer significantly positive influence on the behavior of kiwi fruit growers organic fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer,concurrent-business greatly negative influence farmers in the implementation of the organic fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer behavior;Secondly,the mediating effect analysis model was constructed and the conclusion was drawn that the cognition of organic fertilizer efficacy had a partial mediating effect on the influence of growers who participated in the training on organic fertilizer application behavior.Based on the above conclusions,this study puts forward the following policy suggestions :（1）Strengthen organic fertilizer training and improve the cognitive level of Kiwi growers;（2）Improve the subsidy system of replacing chemical fertilizer with organic fertilizer and reduce the application cost of organic fertilizer;（3）Standardize the organic fertilizer market and form a virtuous circle of organic fertilizer market;（4）Unblock the way of agricultural technology guidance and actively develop the socialized service organization of organic fertilizer;（5）Strengthen publicity and create a good atmosphere for organic fertilizer application;（6）Improve the quality supervision system of agricultural products,and implement differential pricing for agricultural products of different quality levels.
