easy for residual soil to cause ecological pollution.It destroys the soil structure and hinders the transportation of crop water and nutrients.Therefore,the use of mulch film brings us considerable economic benefits,as well as ecological environment The sustainable development of China has brought huge challenges.The soil moisture in the field in the south is too high and the residual plastic film after the operation is more in the form of fragmented and small pieces of broken residual film,which is not easy to recover,and the current mechanical recovery will still cause a large amount of broken residual film to remain on the surface of the land.It affects the normal growth and development of crops,and also makes it difficult to recover the broken residual film.Therefore,the recovery of broken residual film is imminent.At present,there are nearly one hundred kinds of domestic residual film recycling machines,but these machines have a single applicability,and the film collection methods used are mostly gear tooth type,air suction type and tooth chain type,etc.,which cannot meet the constantly changing crops and the complexity of the southern terrain.And the recovery rate of small block mulch is not high.At present,there are dozens of types of domestic key stripping mechanisms.The manual picking up of broken residual membranes is very difficult and cumbersome.The one-time stripping mode is mostly used for the whole film,and there is little research on the recovery of broken residual film.Moreover,domestic pickup machines and automatic stripping devices often have stuck film,the broken residual film is easy to entangle,and it is difficult to remove the film.The phenomenon of low film removal rate.Therefore,in view of the above problems and the actual situation faced by farmland operations in southern China,this project combines the existing agronomic existing residual film recycling machines and the deficiencies of these tools to improve the removal of broken film Due to the problems of low rate and easy winding,we designed a farmland broken residual film recovery machine with simple and compact structure,easy processing and manufacturing,high film removal rate,low winding rate,high film-soil separation rate and double film removal function.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Through the measurement of the physical characteristics of the broken residual film,the characteristics of the soil,and the research on the agronomic characteristics of the plastic film laying,the use of the southern plastic film and the residual situation of the broken residual film are obtained,and the broken residual film at different periods,including spring film and autumn membrane.The difference in mechanical properties,the tensile properties and elongation of the residual film of different thicknesses were measured by the relevant measurements of the use of plastic film in the farmland and the coverage of the film soil.The film thickness of the southern
