| Ramie is a very old plant fiber that was used 4700 years ago.China is the largest ramie producer,so ramie is also called "Chinese grass".After the founding of New China,the scientific research of ramie machinery developed rapidly,and more than 30 ramie stripping machines have been developed,of which more than 70% are drum-type ramie stripping machines,but so far no one has been widely used.With the shortage of labor force in rural areas,the increase in labor costs,and the lack of quality of traditional ramie peeling machinery,the development of new automated ramie peeling machines has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the field investigation and investigation of the existing ramie stripping machines in all parts of the country and the collection of relevant domestic and foreign literatures and patents,this paper proposes a method of reverse pulling and stripping using an eccentric clamping ramie device,combined with PLC to design the corresponding stripping control system,developed a splitting and reverse pulling new type ramie stripping machine,its research process and significance are:1)According to the functions,Splitting and reverse pulling new type ramie stripping machine is divided into two parts:splitting and feeding ramie,reverse pulling and stripping ramie.The overall plan of the stripping machine is designed first to avoid the interference of the mechanism,and then the frame of switchboard machine,transmission system,clamping and stripping ramie mechanism,ramie splitting mechanism,eccentric clamping ramie device,reverse pulling mechanism for three-dimensional simulation and core component verification,and finally disassembled into parts for drawing two-dimensional drawings for easy factory processing.2)The clamping method of the eccentric clamping ramie device has been verified by theory(dynamics and finite element analysis)and practical(experiment with ramie strips),which provides new research ideas for subsequent researchers of ramie stripping machines.3)Using ADAMS,the dynamic analysis of a pair of meshing gears inside the eccentric clamping ramie device was carried out;ANSYS was used to perform finite element analysis on the upper and lower clamping rollers,and the contact surface of the pair of meshing gears inside the eccentric clamping device was verified.The stress and the total deflection of the upper and lower clamping ramie rollers when clamping the ramie have reached the design requirements.4)In order to reduce the labor intensity and labor cost,it is necessary to ensure that the reverse pulling and stripping process can achieve fast,accurate and convenient real-time adjustment of the stripping ramie machine.Control the parameters and use the servo motor to accurately complete the entire reverse pulling process.Design and test the control parameters such as the distance of rise and fall,speed of rise and fall,horizontal reciprocating distance,horizontal reciprocating speed,and clamping ramie speed of the eccentric clamping ramie device to obtain the optimal working design parameters of splitting and reverse pulling new type ramie stripping machine. |
