| With the rapid development of agricultural equipment manufacturing industry in recent years,the design of agricultural equipment has gradually tended to be intelligent.CAE simulation is an important part of the intelligent design system of agricultural equipment,which can realize the analysis of product structure and performance.Post processing is the analysis of CAE simulation results,which mainly depends on the experience of engineers.In view of the low efficiency of post-processing analysis of key parts of threshing unit of combine harvester,this paper aims to build a knowledge-based CAE post-processing system for key parts of threshing device of combine harvester,and solve the problem that the CAE simulation post-processing process is too dependent on engineers and has a lot of repetitive work.With the help of knowledge engineering,the process analysis of post-processing is of great significance to shorten the design cycle of agricultural equipment,improve product quality and reduce design cost.The combine harvester is widely used in agriculture,and threshing device is one of the key working parts.This paper takes the key parts of threshing device as the research object,studies the construction of CAE post-processing flow system,shortens the analysis time of post-treatment,and improves the simulation efficiency of threshing device.The research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Overall scheme of CAE post processing system for key parts of threshing deviceThe functional requirements of CAE post-processing system for the key parts of threshing device were determined;The post-processing flow system is divided into four layers of logical framework: foundation layer,data layer,business layer and application layer;The overall scheme of CAE post-processing system for the key parts of threshing device is determined.The post-processing system is built by integrating the development tools such as visual studio and SQL server.The intelligent analysis of simulation results of ANSYS,ABAQUS and other software is realized.(2)Knowledge base for simulation post-processing of key parts of threshing deviceThe post-processing knowledge of key parts of threshing device is acquired,sorted and classified,which is mainly divided into rule knowledge and parameter knowledge;According to the different types of post-processing knowledge of key parts of threshing device,the knowledge representation method combining if-then production representation and frame representation is adopted;The post-processing knowledge is stored in the database SQL Server software,and the post-processing knowledge base of key parts of threshing device is constructed.With ado.net technology,the post-processing knowledge base of key parts of threshing device is integrated with visual studio,and the post-processing knowledge base management system of key parts of threshing device is developed,which realizes the maintenance function of post-processing knowledge in the knowledge base,and provides the interface for semi-automatic acquisition of knowledge in the simulation post-processing knowledge base of key parts of threshing device.(3)Research on inference engine of CAE post processing systemThe format and storage characteristics of ANSYS result file are analyzed;The important data of node stress,displacement and modal frequency in ANSYS result file can be read and the related cloud image can be drawn by Python language;The rule-based reasoning mechanism is determined,the forward reasoning strategy is used to realize the reasoning process of static analysis and modal analysis,and the similarity matching is used to search the modal test case data of the same or similar cases,so as to provide experimental verification reference for modal simulation;The post-processing analysis results and output contents are determined.(4)Construction of post-processing systemThe CAE post-processing system for key parts of threshing device of combine harvester was designed and developed.On the basis of the key technologies studied in the above chapters,the main functions such as reading the result file,reasoning and analyzing the result data,and maintaining the knowledge base are realized.Taking the static analysis and modal analysis of the pin tooth threshing device as an example,the feasibility of the application of the system is verified. |
