There are many shortcomings in the research and design of agricultural machinery in China,such as high variety of products,long design and production cycle.This article used the rice-wheat combine harvester threshing device as the research object.A parametric model library of key components of the threshing device was established.The inference mechanism of the threshing device was researched,and an intelligent design system for the combine harvester threshing device was constructed.The system is mainly used for the intelligent design of the rice-wheat combine harvester threshing device,which helps to shorten the development cycle of the rice-wheat combine harvester threshing device,improve the quality of the production and improve the research and design of the rice-wheat combine harvester in China.Firstly,depended on research and analyze the structural features and design principles of the combine harvester threshing device,expert design experience and national standards have been collected and collated.The type of threshing drums includes bow-toothed rollers,nail-toothed rollers,rod-shaped rollers and so on.The characteristics of various types of knowledge have been analyzed.Secondly,the collection design knowledge of threshing device is divided into formula knowledge,rule knowledge,parameter knowledge,instance knowledge,etc.The formula knowledge and rule knowledge are expressed by using production represention method.The instance knowledge is expressed by using framed representation method.The overall design knowledge is expressed by using object-oriented method.The knowledge is stored in the SQL Server 2012 relational database.Based on Visual Studio 2012,the maintenance including the addition,modification,inquiry and deletion of knowledge was realized by ADO.NET technology.The knowledge base management system for the rice-wheat combine harvester threshing device was established,which is provided the knowledge basis for the intelligent design of the rice-wheat combine harvester threshing device.Then,different parametric modeling methods are adopted for different structural features of the key components of the threshing device.The parametric model of the key components of the threshing device is established by using NX software.Based on this,the secondary development technology was used to construct the parameterized model library of the rice-wheat combine harvester threshing device.Next,the intelligent design system of the rice-wheat combine harvester threshing device was built.Using the Visual Studio 2012 as the development platform,and with the help of SQL Server 2012 database and NX software to combine the knowledge base,inference engine and interactive human-machine interface.The intelligent design of the threshing device of rice-wheat combine harvester was realized.Finally,according to the customer’s design requirements,the intelligent design system of the rice-wheat combine harvester threshing machine was used to output the parametric design model of the axial-flow threshing drum.Then the rationality of the design was verified by modal simulation analysis and modal test.On this basis,the structure of the threshing drum was optimized,and the optimized threshing drum model was stored in the example library.
