At present,the mechanization level of naked oat harvesting in China is relatively low.As the core part of harvesting machinery,threshing and separating device plays a vital role in the harvesting process.In order to improve the performance of naked oat stripping device,improve the harvesting quality and efficiency of naked oat,an experimental study was carried out on the axial-flow stripping device in this paper.A stripping drum suitable for stripping and separating of naked oat was determined through the comparative study of three stripping drum forms,and then the performance test of naked oat axial flow threshing and separating device was carried out.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Comparative test and study of three kinds of separating drum formsThe naked oat axial flow threshing and separating device is mainly composed of conveying part,intermediate conveyor,stripping part,measurement and control system,etc.,and the stripping drum selected in the test are respectively full nail-tooth stripping drum,strip-nail-tooth stripping drum,and full strip-rod stripping drum.Taking Pepsi no.2 naked oat as the research object,the material properties were measured,and the plant height,1000-grain weight,water content and ratio of grain and grass were obtained.Taking the drum speed,feeding amount,spacing between concave bars as test factors,power consumption,miscellaneous rate and total loss rate as evaluation indexes,comparative tests were carried out on the full nailing type,stripnailing type and strip-rod type of stripping drum,and a stripping drum suitable for naked oats threshing was analyzed and obtained.(2)Single factor test of naked oat full nail gear axial flow threshing and separating deviceWith roller speed,feed rate,concave board article grid spacing as the test factors,power consumption,noise rate,broken rate,entrainment loss,not to take off the loss rate,total loss rate,and naked oats is struck after stem breakage degree evaluation index for test,to the entire nail tooth,single factor experiment device of take off points analysis of roller speed,feed rate,concave plate grid spacing of each evaluation index.(3)Multi-factor test of naked oat axial flow threshing and separating device with full nail teethTaking drum speed,feed rate and spacing of concave plate grid as influencing factors,and taking power consumption,ear breakage rate,impurity rate,entrapment loss rate,unbreakable loss rate and total loss rate as performance evaluation indexes,the multi-factor experimental research was carried out through the three-factor and five-level quadratic orthogonal rotation combination design test scheme.The regression equations of different factors on differentperformance indexes were established respectively,and the influence of each factor on different performance indexes was analyzed.Using design-Expert 8.0.6 software,mathematical models of nonlinear programming are respectively established for power consumption,impurity rate,spike break rate,entrainment loss rate,undenet loss rate and total loss rate through regression equations obtained by anova,and the mathematical models are solved by parameter optimization.The primary and secondary effects of each factor on different performance indexes were obtained by anova.The optimum parameter combination of the disconnecting device is determined and the verification test is completed.
