Research On The Development Of Marine Fishermen Professional Cooperatives In Dandong City

Since the implementation of the law of the People’s Republic of China on Farmers’ professional cooperatives in 2007,marine fishermen’s professional cooperatives such as fishing,aquaculture and fishery services have been established in various fishing areas and villages in Dandong.In recent years,under the joint support and supervision of Dandong Municipal government and fishery administration departments,marine fishery professional cooperatives in Dandong have gradually developed healthily and orderly There are still some problems in the development process of Dongshi marine fishermen professional cooperatives.How to learn from the excellent experience of other regions to cultivate marine fishermen’s professional cooperatives and improve the ability of Dandong marine fishermen’s professional cooperatives is an urgent task for the fishery administration departments and cooperative members.This paper mainly studies the problems in the development process of Dandong marine fishermen’s professional cooperatives,aiming to further guide and standardize the development of marine fishermen’s professional cooperatives by analyzing the problems,and provide reference for the development of Dandong and even the whole country’s fishery.Through the combination of literature induction,comparative analysis and case analysis,this paper selects some professional marine fishermen cooperatives in Dandong City to analyze the problems in the operation process.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the development of marine fishermen’s professional cooperatives in Dandong City,analyzes the number,scale,basic types and distribution areas of fishermen’s professional cooperatives,and then studies the literature,combined with the existing data,makes a systematic study on the marine fishermen’s professional cooperatives in Dandong City.In the process of research,it is found that the main internal problems of Dandong marine fishermen professional cooperatives are: nonstandard operation;insufficient financing capacity;weak brand awareness;lack of management talents;poor implementation of democratic management.The main external problems are: lack of systematic supporting policies;insufficient understanding of the development of cooperatives,service is not in place;grassroots business guidance is relatively weak;the main problems of cooperative members are: serious thinking of small-scale peasant economy;weak sense of cooperation;low education level of members.Finally,according to the operation situation of Dandong marine fishermen professional cooperatives,the following countermeasures are put forward: first,strengthen the guiding role of the government;second,strengthen and improve the self construction of farmers’ cooperatives;third,strengthen publicity and education to promote the cooperation of members.
