Study On Development Strategy Of Taigu County Forestry Professional Cooperative

The rural collective property right system reform has entered a deep-water zone with the unceasingly propelling process of this reform."Green mountains and clear water are as good as mountains of gold and silver" is regarded as a basic concept of "insisting on the harmonious coexistence of man and nature" that we must establish and practice it in the Report of the 19th Communist Party of China National Congress.The forestry industry is an important carrier in the conversion from green mountains and clear water to mountains of gold and silver.Forestry professional cooperatives are not only the green industry of increasing farmer’s income and promoting forestry efficiency,but also a direct sign of forestry rapid and steady development.It has the advantages of wide coverage,long industrial chain,various products and large capacity for employment.This paper focuses on the forestry professional cooperatives in Taigu County,Jinzhong City,Shanxi Province and studies its current situation with the combination of relevant theory on the development of forestry professional cooperatives.This paper studies the general situation,operation scale,and operation mode through the research methods of bibliographic search and field investigation.This paper also compares Tongda Agricultural Professional Cooperative,the typical sample in Taigu County,with American forestry professional cooperatives,Xinxin Red Dates Professional Cooperative from the current situation,problems and future development orientation.This paper also studies and concludes the causes of problems from internal and external development of forestry professional cooperatives in Taigu County and proposes solutions to corresponding problems and development strategies,including exploiting the advantages to the full and strengthening joint efforts,weaken disadvantages and overcoming shortcomings,seizing potential opportunities and grasping relevant platforms,resolving problems and eliminating threats.This series of strategic measures aim to provide solutions to help the development of forestry professional cooperatives in Taigu County in a better and faster way.
