| Carrot planting area and yield of which in China run ahead of the rest countries all over the world,is the main root vegetable crop in China.The combine harvesting technique on carrots achieves the joint harvest technique including scarification,stem lift,clamping transportation,rhizome cleanliness of carrots and diagonal cutting in accordance with requirements of agronomy plant.Among them,diagonal cutting apparatus,whose advantages and disadvantages of performance make direct difference on harvestable carrot quality is the critical component of carrot combine.At present,the current diagonal cutting apparatus of carrot combine causes problems such as harm to the cut carrot rhizome,endless stem and leaf,an d low planeness of cut surface.Harvested carrots are not compatible with storage and sale.In terms of the above problems,a bionic single disk diagonal cutting apparatus for the target of improving its efficiency in this paper.In line with prey features of fast cutting of mantis foreleg septate internode tibia cutter,the cutter curve is applied to cutting edge of knife.Incorporation with materials features of common carrot varieties,structural design and theoretical analysis on the apparatus is carried out in this paper.And make sure the best work combination parameter of diagonal cutting apparatus by bench test.Field experiment and working capability of apparatus are carried out and identified respectively to provide theoretical support and referenc e value for innovatively designing the diagonal cutting apparatus.Main content and methods in this paper are showed as follows.(1)Extraction and fitting analysis of mantis prepositive tibia cutter carveInvestigate and analyze biological property of mantis by taking it as research object,and extract and draw mantis prepositive tibia cutter carve with the help of Matlab software.Fitting of the cutter will bring fitting progress by means of Origin software,and analysis on second derivative of fitted equation and curvature makes the optimal cutter highlight,the quadratic fittin g of whose carve will generate the best presentation formula so as to provide theoretical basis for follow-up carve design of cutting edge of bionic.(2)Design and analysis of bionic single disk diagonal cutting apparatusDesign structure and operating performance of cable-stayed-orientated flush diagonal mechanism,wheel knife and straight knife,and establish mechanical model of cutting mechanism-carrot stem leaf so as to identify requirements of efficiently cutting carrots based on determination research of material features parameter of carrot cultivar “Red Ginseng 7”.Set up the kinetic model of direction of wheel knife travel to define pulley speed and wheel knife speed of c lamping transportation as factors that affect performance of apparatus by kinetic analysis of wheel knife.(3)Performance test research of bionic single disk diagonal cutting apparatus benchIn order to further make sure the best operating performance of bionic single disk diagonal cutting apparatus,single-factor and multi-factor performance optimization test of diagonal cutting apparatus are carried out respectively by considering pulley speed and wheel knife speed of clamping transportation as experimental factor,damage rate of carrot rhizome,trim rate of rhizome,and planeness of cut surface as text index.Results show that the cutting quality is optimal,damage rate is 0.53 percent,trim rate is 95.41 percent and planeness of cut surface is 94.10 per cent when pulley speed and wheel knife speed of clamping transportation reac hes 113r/min and 156r/min respectively,and performance of bionic single disk diagonal cutting apparatus is excellent.(4)Field experiment of bionic single disk diagonal cutting apparatusConfigure carrot joint harvest apparatus is efficient anti-drag of key apparatus such as break shovel,profiled lifting apparatus and spring-tooth soil-cleared apparatus.The above apparatus is integrated into a joint harvest apparatus for one-shot harvest of carrot scarification,stem lift,clamping transportation,rhizome cleanliness and diagonal cutting.Such apparatus is used to launch serial field experiment of cutting performance,and results show that damage rate is 0.61 percent,trim rate is 94.93 percent and planeness of cut surface is92.91 percent.No stem and leaf block the cutting zone or knifes are not twined by grass when the joint apparatus is in action,and overall working capability is excellent,which satisfies the requirements fo r diagonal cutting in the process of jointly harvesting carrot. |
