Sandy shrub not only protects environment, but also has economic value. Cutting sandy shrub is an indispensable step that it grows. For the sake of flushing better next year. cutting sandy shrub must satisfy the certain biology request. The best way that cuts sandy shrub should have a neat slice and less friction. Disc saw is used for harvesting sandy shrubs currently, but the quality of cutting isn't good. Aiming at this kind of status, we designed a kind of disc blade. Then contrast cutting test was carried out between the two types of cutter. In this dissertation orthogonal design was adopted and an indoor simulation experiment was carried out on influencing factors, including obliquity of cutter,diameter of sandy shrub,rotate speed of cutter,harvester forward speed. Then experimental data was disposed by variance analysis of factors, the result of variance analysis shows that rotate speed of cutter affect the cutting rate very evidently, the second is harvester forward speed and diameter of sandy shrub is not evident. The cutting rate of disc blade is higher than disc saw. Based on indoor simulation experiment, Quadratic regression orthogonal design was also adopted outdoor experiment. The relevant mathematical model was established on the influencing factor. including cutter obliquity,rotate speed of cutter and harvester forward speed. The optimization study was also carried out. The test and study may provide a basal parameter and a reference for designing huge sandy shrub harvester.
