| This topic is from agricultural technology spanning plan project in 2005 called forage harvest and ensilage technology and machines experimental and demonstration. With standard of living in city and countryside enhancing, the structure of meal is improving gradually and the demand of milk products made from cow and sheep, meat and eggs are increasing year by year, therefore, the development of raising cattle and sheep, and production of grass crops are very necessary. The forage harvester is an important link in this developing process, so we need a lot of forage harvesters.In view of the shortcomings of domestic existing forage harvesters, such as low efficiency and bad work quality, a kind of new self-propelled forage harvester was developed. This harvester consists of great-circle disc cutter, vertical dialing drum with teeth and three groups vertical compulsory roller installment. It has the following advantages: good performance and high reliability. It is not only suitable for general cultivation farm and farm machinery specialized household, but also does a positive stimulative action to the green fodder mechanization harvest technology and the development of animal husbandry. This topic has a deep research in the following aspects:(1) The topic analyzed the key part moving-knife from the following several aspects including the cutting way, the slippery incision angle, jostle angle and the incision resistance, and offered the theoretical gist for reducing the abrasion of the moving knife and enhancing the quality of incision.(2) Designed the rotation cutting disc, which formed the great-circle cutter with take-down knives, this cutter satisfied the cutting request and enhanced the work efficiency simultaneously.(3) Analyzed the structure, the work process and the design requirement of the compulsory roller installment, designed a kind of compaction device, which improved the cutting quality greatly for that it can not only crack the knurls and the corn spikes, but also guarantee unobstructed feeding.(4) Established the dynamic equation on the basis of the stress analysis of stalks that on the throwing knives, conformed the speed that could make material eject smoothly, analyzed the factors can affect the ejecting speed and obtained the parameter variables can influence productivity from the dynamic equation.(5) Carried on orthogonal test to the factors like to clearance between the cutting knives, rotate speed of the cutter, rotating speed of the floating roller and water rate, which can influence the uniformity of the cutting material. Obtained the best project to get the high uniformity of cutting material by the extremum analysis using the orthogonal experiment: the rotate speed of the cutter was 1600r/min, the clearance between the cutting knives was 0.6mm, the water rate was 0.65, the rotating speed of the floating roller was 230r/min, and through the variance analysis, the influence degree of various factors on uniformity was that the highly remarkable factor was the rotate speed of the cutter, the remarkable factor was the clearance between the cutting knives and the unremarkable factors were rotating speed of floating roller and the water rate.After the forage harvester prototype had been completed, we had carried experiment many times in Shen ze, Gao cheng, Lu quan of He bei province, the total areas amounts to more than 28 acres including ensiles work areas 8 acres and more than 20 acres yellow stalks work areas. The experiment indicated that this machine had achieved the essential design target and met the technical request of forage harvester, and through the appraisal indicated that each target surpasses the national standards. Compared with the domestic existing forage harvester, the forage harvester has high reliability, low losing rate and high cutting quality, so it acquires the high praise from the experts. |
