Microscopic examination is an important diagnostic method for clinical samples.The traditional manual detection method needs the medical staff to review the samples directly through the microscope.With the development of digital imaging technology and the application of artificial intelligence technology,microscopic imaging technology ushered in the transformation from artificial microscopy to digital diagnosis.The digital diagnosis is that the sample image is digitized and sampled by the whole slide scanning system,and then read directly after being displayed by the computer or assisted by the intelligent image recognition method.The relevant policies have not been clearly pointed out whether the disease can be diagnosed through digital diagnosis in our country.At present,traditional microscopy is still the main method in China.Nowadays,the whole slide scanning system on the market is expensive,and it is difficult to replace the traditional microscope on a large scale because it does not have the function of reading slides under the artificial microscope.For these reasons,this thesis proposes to transform the existing manual microscope into whole slide scanning system.It saves social resources.The digital image can assist doctors in diagnosis,and meet the needs of reading samples and final diagnosis under the microscope.Keeping the original microscope used is in line with the doctor's habit of using traditional microscope.The main work is as follows:(1)The automatic design and implementation of the microscope manual translation table is completed.The electric platform is composed of synchronous wheel,synchronous belt,coupling and stepping motor.On the basis of maintaining the original microscope structure,the automatic movement of the stage and the focusing structure is realized in a low-cost way.By adding modular motion components,the whole slide scanning imaging and image mosaic are realized.(2)Through the design of magnetic grid electric handwheel and dual mode LED equipment,it is convenient to switch between whole slide scanning and manual microscopy.The dual-mode LED equipment includes the fixed brightness mode of scanning imaging and the adjustable brightness mode of non scanning imaging,which meets the two different requirements of the consistency of exposure brightness and the brightness adjustment of observation under eyepiece.The magnetic grid electric handwheel maintains the stage control mode of the manual microscope,which is convenient for doctors to move the sample when observing through the eyepiece.In summary,the whole slide scanning system based on the manual microscope is designed and implemented.The reconstructed microscope can scan the sample 0.293 ?m/pixel of 15.0 × 15.0 mm effective area in 45 seconds.It retains the function of observing samples under microscope in traditional microscope.It is in line with the doctor's habit of using the traditional microscope.
