Since the 2008 financial crisis,the world economy has gradually entered a downward channel,the growth rate of international trade has slowed down,and economic growth in a considerable number of countries and regions has stalled.In particular,the global new crown epidemic that occurred in early 2020 is worse for the company's external business environment that was not originally optimistic.Therefore,while using the marketing,sales,R&D and other departments to achieve "open source",companies are increasingly recognizing the importance and huge potential of the procurement department for achieving their own steady,healthy and sustainable development in terms of "throttling".At the same time,the concept of purchasing as a profit center for value creation,not just as the administrative department performing administrative functions,has reached a fairly common consensus in today's procurement management activities.At present,there is more theoretical research on productive procurement in procurement management,and less theoretical research specifically on non-productive procurement.In-depth study of non-productive procurement management and its exploration and practice are of great significance in tapping the potential of enterprise cost control and developing new indirect profit growth points.This article takes the relevant theories of procurement management as guidance and takes S Company as the research object,analyzes the problems in the company's non-productive procurement management work,and proposes a set of practical optimization plans.First of all,this article combs the existing theories of procurement management,non-productive procurement management,strategic procurement,process optimization,supplier management and so on.Secondly,based on the above theory,analyze the current situation of S company's non-productive procurement management,so as to summarize the problems of S company's non-productive procurement management,and summarize it into three aspects: organizational management,process management and supply Business management.Finally,for the above problems,put forward an overall optimization plan: solve the problems of organizational management by cultivating strategic procurement awareness,institutionalizing early joint participation of departmental joint meetings and procurement,bundling procurement needs,training staff professionalism and loyalty;by reducing procurement Workload and change the focus of work,reduce procurement costs and achieve centralized procurement,shorten procurement time and improve procurement efficiency to solve the problem of process management;optimize supplier classification and strengthen local supplier development to solve supplier management problem.This research helps S companies to reduce procurement costs,improve procurement efficiency,and improve the overall performance of non-productive procurement management in enterprises.At the same time,it has certain guidance and reference significance for the further improvement of the non-productive procurement management work of large domestic enterprises,and it may also be helpful for the further development of the current theoretical exploration of non-productive procurement management.
