Purchasing is an important part of the supply chain.It is a key prerequisite for the production and operation of an enterprise.It has an important impact on the cost and profit of the enterprise and the formulation of the corporate strategy.According to surveys by ZTYK in recent years,the ratio of procurement costs to operating income has increased year by year,and procurement satisfaction has been low.It is necessary for ZTYK to implement comprehensive procurement management improvemen ts.Through questionnaire surveys and interviews with most of ZTYK's employees on purchasing paoagement satisfaction,the current status and problems of ZTYK's purchasing management were apalyzed,including the irrational purchasing management process,the degree of sharing of purchase order information,and the supply.Vendor ruanagement processes are unreasonable and lack a scientifon and reasonable supplrer selection and evaluation system.Therefore,the design of ZTYK's procurement management was improved,and various processes of procurement management were scientifically and reasonably improved;various management and supervision of purchase orders were con ducted to improve the degree of order information sharing;and suppliers of ZTYK were Improve the managem ent processes;and establish a scientific an d reasonable supplier selection and evaluation system suitable for ZTYK,The Kara jack model was used to classify the suppliers of the ZTYK company,and strategic material suppliers with large purchase amounts,large supply risks,and large impact on the company's operation s were selected as the main research objects.Ten ZTYK company directors as experts combined with th e companys own situation to select the ZTYK company's supplier evaluation indicators,and establish a ZTYK company's supplier selection evaluation index system,an d used the analytic hierarchy process to determine the integration of indicators at all levels Weights,Ten experts rated the three suppliers of ZTYK,and used this index system to make a more objective evaluation of the comprehensive capabilities of the suppliers.T01 suppliers with better comprehensive strength were selected as the strategic supply for ZTYK Business.
