With the development of intelligent manufacturing,more and more enterprises use big data technology,cloud computing technology and IOT to achieve productivity improvement,intelligent integration of production and market,and product quality control.In recent years,the scale of the automobile market has been shrinking,the whole industry has begun to enter a downturn period,and every automobile manufacturing enterprise is facing the problem of cost reduction,which puts forward higher requirements for the product quality of automobile and parts manufacturing enterprises.The cost waste caused by the product quality and the negative impact on the brand are what enterprises want to avoid.As an automobile electronic manufacturing enterprise,company A has the strategy of establishing intelligent factory and data factory.The intelligent degree of the equipment is high,and the digital degree of the factory is good.However,there are many deficiencies in the data and intelligence of the quality control.Therefore,this paper takes company a as the research object,and based on the current situation of the manufacturing process quality control of company A,puts forward the improvement plan and quality early warning.Company A has problems in quality control,such as low efficiency in solving quality problems and inability to achieve quality early warning.In view of the above two problems,this paper improves the quality control level of company a from three perspectives.Designed the long-term construction plan of the intelligent quality control transformation of company A,designed the quality control system based on SPC,and put forward the improvement suggestions of the quality management team;designed a complete visual interface and system functions of SPC Software to provide the software foundation for the realization of the previously designed quality control system;in view of the problem that the quality early warning could not be realized,the product b of company A was taken as the basis.According to the customer's feedback and production performance,the key parameters of thermal resistance are determined.The key technologies are the heat sink dispensing process and the DBC(ceramic copper)cutting and mounting process.Through the 5M1E fishbone diagram analysis method,the causes of defects are analyzed in depth.The improvement plan and adverse reaction plan as well as the three-stage plan of SPC real-time monitoring are established to gradually realize the thermal resistance parameters SPC monitoring of adhesive quantity,pressure parameters of DBC(ceramic copper sheet)and other parameters,and SPC control chart of thermal resistance parameters are drawn.
