Research On Process Quality Control Of NANHUA Motor

With the development of modern manufacturing technology, customers have highdemands to the product quality. Europe, America, Japan and other developedcountries studying on the process quality control has entered a relatively mature stage,by adjusting and controlling the factors of production process(5M1E) to control thequality of products. On this basis, many developed countries have put zero defects asthe ultimate goal of process quality control, and put forward many effective methodsof process quality control. Compared with the advanced level of the world, the levelof our country’s process quality control is relatively low. It is still in product qualityinspection stage,not to take effective measures on the problem of product defects. Itleads to many problems, such as product inferior quality, highly defective rate andothers. The poor quality of the products has weakened the competitiveness of ourcountry’s products in the international market.This topic research subject is the motor’s process flow of NANHUA. It based onprocess quality control theory, from the aspect of the process to control quality ofNANHUA MOTOR. The main research of this paper includes:(1) Through analyzing the current situation of the quality of NANHUA MOTOR,combining with Y series three-phase asynchronous motor’s process flow, the keyprocess is determined by QFD. Then the SPC control chart is used to analyze thequality situation of key process.(2) Combining BP neural network, the six basic patterns in SPC control chart arerecognized and the case of the exception occurs and permanents change in the controlchart are found out. It can successfully overcome the disadvantage of SPC can notgive out what kind of mode it belongs to and the reason of abnormal patternsoccurring.(3) Based on the analysis of the influence between processes of NANHUAMOTOR, the theory of two kinds of quality diagnosis is used to distinguish anddiagnosis the two kinds of quality between processes, and then finding out the root ofquality problem.The techniques and methodology used in this study can be referenced when thesimilar quality management is researched in other regions...
