Research On Community-based Catering Service Under The Background Of Sharing Economy

The rapid development of web technology has greatly influenced our concepts and level of consumption,with the change from goods to service,from ownership to right to use,from simple shopping steps to the whole lifetime of goods.Under the supplement of technique,together with the emphasis on environment,sharing economy is on the right track to be reclaimed and be developing.At the same time,different kinds of practice and research on sharing service mode in different kinds of trade have exposed the short comes,and some papers has got a conclusion that communization can do good to the stability of social groups.By analyzing the consumption data from group relationship,we can better understand the consumption hobbit and concept,so as to form a better community relationship closed-loop.This paper is based on the concept of community sharing and service design,aiming to catering service,to explore the new development in this new period.This article has done researches on and analyzed the thesis models and cases,and summarized the characters and short comes of them.From the perspective of the possibility of community sharing and sharing economy combination,we put forward a hypothesis of catering service mode in community sharing economy.By researching on the need of users in community,we summarized the design regulation of catering service in communization sharing,and combined with the design method of users journey map,a new catering service design has been output.This research combines the community sharing concept with the service mode present from the perspective of sharing economy,and provides other industries with a new service mode.
