With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the country has put forward higher requirements for the development of urban community commerce.As a channel integrating both online and offline,the business model of O2O has much improved user experience.In recent years,it has been increasingly applied to the commercial practice of community business development because it plays an important role in localization services by combining the entity advantages of offline scenarios.With the improvement of urban residents' living quality and the emergence of e-commerce for flowers,people's consumption of flowers has entered the era of fast-moving consumer goods(FMCG).From the original gift flowers to daily flowers,to derivative services,flowers are playing an increasingly important role in people's lives.The e-commerce for flowers that directly facing consumers mainly focuses on the standardization of flower consumption,causing the simplex forms,uneven quality and poor experience of flower services,can not meet the diversified,experiential,situational,personalized,and immediate needs of people's flower consumption.Therefore,the mode that flower business serves customers needs transforming.Based on the scene of community and taking the O2O services for flowers(O2O flowers)as an opportunity,this paper comprehensively considers the residents' experiencing,scenario-based and personalized demands for flower consumption,as well as the social,regional characters and service function of the community with he theory and method of service design,to explore ways and strategies for the flower O2O services which serve the residents of the community,and develop corresponding design practices that can optimize the reasonable allocation of resources for the O2O flower services and the experience of the consumers,in order to meet the increasing spiritual and cultural needs of residents,as well as to promote the services improvement and economic development of the community.
