Nowadays,team creativity has become a key factor for enterprises to obtain sustainable and competitive advantages,so how to manage the team effectively and enhance creativity are very important.The official status granted by the organization is directly related to the interests of team members,representing high job title,salary,even office size,etc.,which will inevitably be sought after by team members.The different stability of local position has different effects on members' investment and interaction.If the status hierarchy is too unstable,it may lead to intensified conflicts among team members,but if the hierarchy is too stable,it can lead to a cozy atmosphere within the team,which are not conducive to the improvement of team creativity.Therefore,as a status configuration within a team,status stability may affect team creativity.In terms of literature reasearch,there are few and divergent literatures on status stability in existing researches.In addition to,there are also few studies on whether the status stability exists and how it works on team creativity.Therefore,based on the perspective of task characteristics,this study takes the input and interaction behavior of team members as the entry point,and takes the task complexity and task interdependence in task characteristic as moderating variables to build and test the influence mechanism.Finally,this study conducted an empirical analysis based on a total of 514 questionnaires from 107 teams,and further used SPSS 20.0 and MPLUS 7.4 software to test the reliability and validity,exploratory factor,confirmatory factor,aggregation analysis,hierarchical regression analysis and other tests of each variable.The results show that there is an inverted u-shaped relationship between status stability and team creativity,that is,moderate and stable status can promote the improvement of team creativity.Task complexity moderates the relationship between status stability and team creativity.Compared with low complexity,the higher the task complexity is,the more left the inflection point of the inverted u-shaped curve of the relationship between status stability and team creativity is.Task interdependence moderates the status of the relationship between stability and team creativity,compared with low task interdependence,when task interdependence is high,the stability of low status to team creativity promoting effect more apparent,and the stability of high position weak inhibitory effect on team creativity,and status of the relation between stability and team creativity inverted u-shaped curve inflection point is right.
