Study On The Development Of Poverty Alleviation In Huguan County Under The Background Of Poverty Alleviation

Since the 12 th five-year Plan period,Chinese leader General Secretary Xi Jinping first put forward the idea of "accurate poverty alleviation",and the rural poverty alleviation work in various parts of our country has also turned to precision.At present,the national poverty alleviation work has been carried out in accordance with the national strategic approach and has achieved obvious results,but the task of poverty alleviation is still arduous.For poor areas,the fight against poverty must not only "lift off poverty",but also create an anti-poverty industry with sustainable hematopoiesis performance.In 2016,The "13th five-year Plan to fight Poverty reduction" issued by the State Council and nine departments,including the Ministry of Agriculture,jointly issued the guidance on promoting specific Industries to lift Poverty out of Poverty in Poverty-stricken areas,all of which are intended to guide the implementation of industry-specific poverty alleviation plans in various localities.Scientific determination of industry,precise design projects,accurate docking of poor villages,households,and promote poor areas in optimizing the economic structure and industrial adjustment to find new economic growth points.Therefore,the formulation and implementation of industrial poverty alleviation under the background of poverty alleviation is in line with the needs of contemporary new development,and is also a far-reaching topic of discussion.In this paper,in response to the "fight against poverty and attack the masses" strategy proposed by the19-big report,the paper studies the regional traffic,natural resources and other basic conditions of the Guanxian County by means of field investigation,data collection,literature review and data arrangement.This paper makes an analysis of the social and economic development level and the conditions of local precision poverty alleviation and poverty reduction.At the same time,the paper analyzes the real factors of the development of the industrial pro-poor in the Guanxian County,and according to the industrial resource planning of the Guanxian County,it is suitable for the development path of the poverty alleviation in the county.Finally,to provide suggestions and countermeasures for the development of the industrial pro-poor in the Guanxian County,it is hoped that the reference suggestions can be made to promote the development of the industrial pro-poor in the Guanxian County.
