Intelligence alliance innovation team is becoming a strategic carrier to solve the talent problem in the west,organizational learning is becoming an important strategy to improve team innovation quality and efficiency,a series of questions related to the establishment and improvement of intelligence alliance innovation team organizational learning mechanism are getting more and more attention.In this context,focused on the construction,evaluation and optimization of intelligence alliance innovation team organizational learning mechanism,have an important practical guidance value and theoretical research significance to strengthen team management mechanism,improve team organizational learning effect,solve talent shortage problem in western universities.In view of this,for deconstructing,combing and analyzing the main content of intelligence alliance innovation team organizational learning mechanism,systematically and scientifically evaluating its collaborative quality and efficiency,this study mainly carries out the following three aspects research,corresponding research conclusions described as below.First of all,extracts the characteristics of intelligence alliance innovation team organizational learning,identifies the influencing factors of intelligence alliance innovation team organizational learning,has a certain method application innovation.In order to understand the organizational learning process of intelligence alliance innovation team deeply,systematically expounds three aspects key features of intelligence alliance innovation team organizational learning,includes hierarchical,dynamic,knowledge special.On this basis,innovatively uses the meta-analysis method to quantitatively summarize the influences of intelligence alliance innovation team organizational learning,which have many empirical researches and its conclusions have differences.Secondly,constructs organization collaborative learning model of intelligence alliance innovation team,puts forward integrating optimization method which can effectively meet its complex system structure,has a certain research perspective innovation and method application innovation.Combines with intelligence alliance innovation team organizational learning characteristics and influencing factors,constructs the knowledge sharing process model of intelligence alliance innovation team organizational cross-level learning,and then constructs the organizational collaborative learning mechanism theoretical model of intelligence alliance innovation team which contains the above model,and deeply analysisthe organizational collaborative learning mechanization of this model from three aspects,includes organization collaborative learning level,organization collaborative learning process,organization collaborative learning feedback mechanism.On this basis,a decision making method for integrating and optimizing complex interaction relationships which exist in intelligence alliance innovation team organization collaborative learning system is proposed with reference to the decision thought of Analytic Net-work Process(ANP),and proposes the network layer elements used to evaluate intelligence alliance innovation team organizational collaborative learning system.Finally,selects case research object exercise relevant evaluation program and method,examines the feasibility of previous study and gives corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,has a certain practical application innovation.Selects four intelligence alliance innovation team from Yunnan university cooperation project,bases on the evaluation idea and method given above,analyzes the complex relationship among organizational learning subsystems and subsystems internal elements,integrates and evaluates the organizational learning mechanism of each case team.On this base,further combines with the multifaceted and crossed organizational learning problems faced by each case team,based on organizational cooperative learning subject,provides corresponding countermeasurs according to its influencing factors.Through the above research,this study can provide a certain reference on research idea,research method and research theory for scheme construction,optimal mechanism selection and perfect countermeasure of intelligence alliance innovation team organization learning mechanism,which can effectively help to establish and improve of team organization learning mechanism,continual promote scientific research ability and talent cultivation quality of western universities.
