Study And Research Organizations Within The Enterprise Alliance

Knowledge economy has a great effect on the distribution of the society's whole resource, corporation operation and ways of competition. The changing competition context inside corporation results to momentous change in corporation's competition strategy and corporation's organization form. Some intermediate organization forms appears, for example, corporation network, virtual corporation, network corporation, corporation cluster, corporation alliance, and corporation group, which play an important role in disposing potential risks such as similar demand outside of the corporation, lacking of resource, shortage in organizational flexibility, rigidity of the strategy management process and so on. Corporation alliance, as an important intermediate organization form and corporation's mutual resource, ability and knowledge system, can provide the chance of mutual study among corporation's organizations and plays a very important role in the development of the society and economy. By participating in corporation alliance, corporations can absorb large amount of knowledge, experience and tact, which is able to improve corporation's competitive advantage. Thus, it is theoretically and practically significant to study the organizations' learning mechanism among in of the alliance.Theories from management, economics and other relating sciences are employed in the paper. On the base of combining theoretical study and empirical study, research is done from:First, the learning impetus mechanism in the alliance in studied form game theory viewpoint; prisoner's dilemma and the corresponding strategy are analyzed; the learning impetus mechanism in the alliance is emphasized both form in impetus and outside driving force; the learning effect in alliance is discussed formalize and quantitatively after establishing mathematical modal. After analyzing organizational learning process in alliance from the five aspects, that is, investment learning in alliance, knowledge flow in the alliance, knowledge spilling from alliance, knowledge accumulation in alliance, and knowledge innovation in alliance, the organizational learning model in alliance is established.Second, the track from bilateral alliance to multilateral alliance is studied from the perspectives of the evolution of organization form and the evolution of value creation mode; alliance evolution mechanism is classified into adaptation learning mechanism, natural selection mechanism and route dependence mechanism from the...
