This article takes the Douyin short video platform as the research object,and uses a variety of methods such as content analysis method,in-depth interview method,and participation observation method.From the perspective of knowledge transmission,it sorts out the phenomenon of knowledge transmission in the short video platform in the new media era..Investigate how the short video APP can effectively utilize its own communication advantages for knowledge transmission,what are the advantages and disadvantages of short video platforms for knowledge transmission,and study the driving mechanism behind them,which also has certain implications for the subsequent development of knowledge transmission in short video platforms.Meaning and value.This article is divided into an introduction and four chapters.The first part is an introduction,which introduces the research background and significance,research objects and research methods of topic selection.At the same time,a literature review is carried out to explain related concepts.The first and second chapters are the main parts of the article.They respectively study the rise of knowledge dissemination and the narrative characteristics of Douyin knowledge video text.The first chapter examines the rise of knowledge transmission in short video platforms,analyzes the shift of knowledge production context and the causes of knowledge transmission in short video platforms,why short video platforms can become a powerful carrier of knowledge transmission,and the development of knowledge transmission phenomena in short videos So far,there are reasons for the platform itself,as well as the causes of knowledge disseminators and audiences.The second chapter studies the narrative features in the short video platform.The author chose the 119 videos produced by the large-scale "Global Village Interpreter",the most representative of Douyin science popular knowledge,to analyze the text and summarize the short Features of video narrative subject and narrative text.The third chapter studies the knowledge transmission mechanism and transmission characteristics of the platform in the short video,analyzes the knowledge transmission of Douyin compared with the traditional knowledge transmission,what are the differences between the transmission mechanism and the transmission characteristics,and which channels of communication exposure are added.Chapter 4 reflects on the phenomenon of knowledge transmission in Douyin.The shallowness of the communication content reduces the efficiency of communication;the level of knowledge selection is also limited,which is not conducive to the diversification of knowledge;too serious platform marketing will also reduce the quality of knowledge and affect the User experience.
