Feasibility Study On The Construction Of BFJG's Manufacturing Execution System Project

Manufacturing Execution System(MES),is the hub of information transmission.In the production enterprise,it plays a vital role in information transmission and mutual communication,affecting the company's production process.If a company lacks such an information system,it will inevitably lead to low production efficiency and obstruct the further development of the enterprise.Therefore,it is especially important for companies to improve MES projects.The MES project has the characteristics of a large amount of capital investment and long time span of the construction.And whether a project can come into play is unknown.Therefore,it is necessary to prevent financial risks and analyze the enterprise's financial and its economic benefits.This requires full researches before the project is implemented.Under the understanding and application of process management,human resource management,and investment decision analysis theory,this paper analyzes and studies the background of the establishment of the project in detail.Besides,this paper analyzes the purpose of the research,the influences of the project after completing the project,and the benefits which brings to the enterprise.The research provides a reliable basis to the managers of the enterprise for their decision.Based on the analysis of the feasibility study of the MES system construction project,this paper combines the current popular theory with the practical experience of domestic and foreign feasibility studies and analysis,and introduces a more rational and comprehensive analysis in the report and argumentation.Finally,this paper uses the example to test the feasibility study management of the project.In this paper,the research on the company's MES construction project provides a more comprehensive and systematic method for solving the feasibility study problem on the basis of the predecessors,and summarizes the relatively complete theoretical system.The research on the feasibility management idea contributes to the development of the construction field of the MES system of Chinese enterprises.
