The Feasibility Study Of The Software Research And Development Base Construction Project Of NR Research Institute

With the rapid expansion of scientific research and production tasks in terms of scale,volume,quantity,and other aspects,the existing land and building resources for comprehensive development of the Institute are seriously deficient,which has become a bottleneck for the development of the NR Institute.In order to fundamentally solve the bottleneck of the development of the NR Institute,to further optimize the layout of the institute's functions and to meet the needs of the medium and long-term development,it is planned to plan and build a software R&D base.Therefore,this article will conduct a feasibility study on the software R&D base construction project,from the aspects of market demand,necessity,technical solutions,economic and social benefits,and risk management.The study found that the project not only meets the needs of the Institute's mid-to-long-term planning,but also integrates into the local economic development and construction.The preliminary planning and management work is scientific and reasonable.The impact of the ecological environment is small and the implementation is strong.and the project has considerable returns,Low uncertainty,controllable investment risks.Through the above analysis,the project is feasible,and has a catalytic effect on regional economic development.Thus the company should ensure the funds in place as soon as possible,take action early,and to achieve a high starting point planning,high-level design,high-quality construction to meet the long-term development needs of enterprises.
