The research project comes from the boiler incineration system in the expansion project of the AKZO NOBEL peroxide in Ningbo.The industrial organic waste produced by the chemical plant contains substances that are harmful to the environment,so it is required to be incinerated by the boiler system before it can be discharged into the atmosphere.This thesis first introduces the relevant types of boiler incineration system at home and abroad,and the technical characteristics of waste liquid incineration,and studies pertinent control processes of liquid injection furnaces in Ningbo project.In view of the low accuracy of PID control in waste liquid incineration plant during commissioning,based on the theory of incineration system,a mathematical model of incinerator temperature control system is proposed.Based on a large number of field input and output data,a generalized augmented least squares algorithm based on auxiliary model is derived.The algorithm is used to identify the parameters of the incinerator system model and get the specific matrix equation.The accuracy of the model is verified by computer simulation,which provides a reference for the design of temperature control system of incinerator.Then the overall design of the incinerator control system is carried out,including hardware selection,network configuration and system redundancy design.On the basis of the overall design and the selection of hardware,the software development of the control system is carried out.It includes the design of communication network of controller and controller,controller and host computer,the compilation and simulation of redundant logic program of lower computer,and the design of monitoring configuration picture of host computer.The developed incinerator control system has realized the process monitoring and control of the incinerator and the related field equipment.
